This is the only Burger King left on this location. It reminded me of the hustle and bustle of the Townsquare Mall when it was still open, and we went to this fast food for quick meals. I hope it will stay for a while. The services change dramatically. Thanks for having us!!

I’ve been to this Burger King many times and my son loves it because the burgers are nice and hot. Today I stopped and placed an order and this time I ordered myself a whopper by itself and came home only to find out that by my second bite there was something in my burger. I spit it out and sure enough there was this huge piece of finger nail . I was do disgusted I drove back and spoke to the manager on site and she took a look at it. I proceeded to say just give me back my money and she said “just for this burger?” I said sure she then handed me the money but never apologized about the situation. She could have said “ I’m sorry this is unexpected, or I’ll let my supervisor know or something to the matter but she said nothing. All employees should wear gloves when working with food. That was totally disgusting. I hope they let someone in higher management know about this … and yes I took pictures.

The employees take for ever honestly, it can be slow no one in drive thru and still take 15 to 20 minutes. Also you have to double check because even tho is slow they will forget something that the bought. As well if you tell them that they forgot a item they will take another 10 minutes to give it to you and seem annoyed giving it to you. So go to another burger king. Or wherever cuz that one needs to go its in a odd spot.

Would give 0 stars if possible because the service is always horrible. My order is never correct. I always ask for extras which I pay for and they never end up in my sandwich. I ask for things not be added to my sandwich and they always throw them in anyways. The last straw was tonight I opened my cup to throw out the ice and there was a gnat in my cup (picture attached!) disgusting!!
