This has to be one of the best locations of Burger King in the United States. It has nothing to do with the food, Burger King is Burger King, but this locations manager/ or person who leads the drive thru during the week is AWESOME! Literally aways on it, always super friendly, always willing to help. Definitely will continue to choose this location over others.

I demanded great service and received it. I placed my order an hour ahead and made sure my food was still made fresh as expected. Food was great , atmosphere can be better but theyre getting paid minimum wage so it’s understandable. Overall will go back for a second time. Bought a whopper and fries at this place, fries were good but they left a nearly whole core of lettuce in my burger. Went there again recently to tried to use the app, drive thru cashier was very rude, and couldn’t get the order right. They ended up charging me full price and claimed it was just taxes when I questioned them.

Drive thru on 02/03/26 around 6:45 p.m. absolutely atrocious and rude! Laughed at me as I ordered and food I paid for was not prepared properly or fresh! Particularly the woman that was working the drive thru, very very rude and angry! Will not be going there again!

I got my order and when I got home I realized I was missing my 4 piece mozzarella sticks. I was annoyed at first cause I had to go back. When I got there I explained the situation out to the lady that took my order and I was expecting push back like how most fast food places do. BUT this lady was so sweet and understanding and made it right. These fast food joints in the area should take notes! That’s how you’re supposed to treat your clients! I will definitely be coming back and recommend this specific BK to everyone. I never got the lady’s name but she was working the drive through 08-14-2025 around 1 am. This lady deserves a raise or something! Side note the food tasted great and fresh!

The last three times we have gone to this location our order has been incorrect and/or missing items. I refuse to go back to this location again. When you order a whopper with cheese and ketchup only for a teenage and it comes with everything on it, no cheese that isn’t good. You can’t call them because their publish phone number is out of service….maybe on purpose so customers can’t call.
Tonight our fries were hot, but the meat on the whoppers wasn’t even warm when we got them. I ate half of mine and threw the rest away. Cold meat isn’t that great. Nasty.

My receipt was correct but my offer was wrong and when I drove back the manager looked right at me and didn’t say a single word they corrected my order but no apology and since it’s drive thru only because of construction being done I had to wait in line and didn’t have time to eat my food because my lunch break is only 30 minutes so I wasted my time and my money
