Never have I ever been disrespected by any team member and a female manager at that. Me, my man and son went to eat their everything was good but when I went to order food to go for my daughter when I tried to pay I didn’t realize my card was locked it was my first time using it and that very disrespectful female manager shouts out and says (ya always come and order but never have the money) my response to her was my card was locked and it was my first time using it but when my man confronts her she says that she didn’t say anything when the she did sayit out loud so everyone heard what she said. She needs to be tought how to respect the customers because she lucky I’m not the type of female that makes a big scene over someone who is not worth it.

This is always my go to place for lunch while on my break from work. The workers are always very nice especially the managers. They know my order by memory already I dont even have to finish my order half of the time they already know what i want and I love that. I always look forward to my lunch because I know I will always leave with a smile on my face even after a rough day at work. If I could rate them a 10 stars I definitely would.

Upon entering the scenery is very nice and clean. Definitely one of the better locations. Antonio was very kind , and gave us 2 extra drinks for free even though we only had bought 3 for family of 5. Food was great !

⭐ Who’s faster than your dog when you take off his leash at the dog park, these people are. We ordered and received our food before we even paid. We were still asking each other what we wanted and the woman said “Order for number 42, order for number 42”.
Aside from the speed, this place had a playground, awesome seating, and the best deserts. The best part is, everything on the menu is under 5 bucks!!!!

This BK location is very visible from the road and has a large parking lot, most of the parking spaces are behind the building. Play-place for the kids.
Service is quick, probably due to this location not being too busy. The staff is friendly but they don’t keep up with cleaning the dining area. Trash on the tables, food crumbs/napkins on the floor, and ketchup/drink spills on the condiments bar.
The food tasted as expected, and my burger was pleasantly filled with toppings. The temperature of the food was good too.

The customer service at this location is extremely disappointing.
Romeo assisted me with a very rude attitude. I waited in line while he stood there doing nothing, and after about 10 minutes he finally decided to help me—still with the same bad attitude.
We chose this location because it has a play area for kids. After we ordered and sat down, my children were excited to play. Moments later, the manager, Angie, sent Romeo to tell us that we had to move because the play area was “closing.”
It was 8:00 PM, and the posted closing time is 9:00 PM. When I questioned it, Angie clearly did not care and simply processed a refund without any concern or apology.
As we were leaving, the place was completely empty, and I saw Romeo smoking a cigarette inside the store during work hours. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Terrible customer service overall. Angie and Romeo showed no respect for customers. I will not be returning to this location.

Time and time again I try to give this place another chance. 4 out of 5 of my entrees were made incorrectly. of course when I tried to call the store, no answer. Next option, email support. Did that and they offered me half of what I spent in Burger King coupons. This location is ran very poorly and is screaming for help. I can confidently say I won’t be coming back here.
