I visited this location during lunch and ordered the BBQ Whopper. Halfway through eating, I found something very strange inside the meat patty. I’ve attached pictures so you can see for yourself — it looks like a piece of cartilage or bone with tissue still attached.
This was very concerning and completely ruined my meal. Quality control like this should never happen, especially at a major chain. I couldn’t finish the burger, and honestly, I don’t think anyone would feel safe eating it after seeing this.
I hope the store and corporate team take this seriously, because food safety is extremely important. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t order this again.

Stopped here on new years eve around 730pm. Went in and ordered a burger, some bacon tater tots and a kids burger. No other customers and 1 in the drive thru. It was VERY obvious nobody working wanted to be there, which is understandable but you still have to do your job. 19 minutes went by and no food. I FINALLY got someone’s attention and asked for my money back. The guy said I have to get my manager. I was shocked a manager was there. She came out of the office and just asked for my receipt, didn’t ask why or if she could fix the situation. Refunded my money printed the receipt and said here you go, sorry about that and walked away. Maybe it was just a BAD day or maybe upper mngmt needs to see what’s going on. Very disappointing.

The food was hot and fresh. It was a large order and only one burger had the wrong toppings. The drinks either had no ice or it melted by the time we got there. Also forgot the iceing for the cinnamon rolls. All stuff I could have avoided if I would have checked the order all in all great restaurant. Very nice and professional staff.

I visited this BK and had a disappointing experience. When I walked in, all of the employees had their backs turned to me, and I had to call out to get someone’s attention. One of the staff members looked at me but didn’t say anything. I waited another three minutes before another employee finally came and took my order.
I understand that maybe the person who eventually helped me had stepped away for a break or was unavailable, and perhaps the other staff weren’t able to take orders. However, I believe it would have been appropriate for someone to acknowledge me and let me know that I would be helped shortly. A simple greeting or update would have made the experience much better.

Angie (manager) is amazing and gives the best service. Carmen (cook manager) is great with interacting with customer and ensuring food is top notch. These ladies truly make burger barn an amazing experience and make you feel at home. Thank you for the great service and amazing food!
