The food was cooked fresh and hot and that’s great however, this is the first Burger King I’ve ever been to in my life that you literally don’t get to have it your way! I’m allergic to eggs and milk I ordered an original chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise because I can’t have it and ask them to add pickles and onions instead. Imagine my surprise to find that I was charged $0.25 for two pickles slices and 30 cents for a few broken pieces of onion! An extra 55 sense to add a few onions and pickles but no discount for the mayonnaise I didn’t get. This location is crap. I get the exact same thing in Houston I have never been charged extra. Then to add weirdness to the whole thing the car in front of me handed back an order of french fries for whatever reason and I could tell that the lady was upset about it. So when I open my bag imagine my surprise for seeing the french fries she gave him back we’re now in my bag. I did not order french fries because I do not eat french fries. So I don’t know what the hell is going on with that, but I do know it’s a health food violation because several people have now handled these same french fries. I promptly threw them in the garbage so at least someone else wouldn’t get them because who knows how many hands they had already been through. Very weird. The drive-thru was extremely slow and while you’re sitting outside the first window you hear a lot of Staff chatter what makes me think that the employees spent more time goofing off than feeling customer orders

Was looking forward to having my first whopper in years. A bite of lettuce, 2 pickles, couple curves of onion and an over ripe slice of tomato on an almost burned burger was what I got. Fries eh. Best part of meal was a coke. Too bad.

I went to the drive thru on Sunday 01/02/25 at the El Campo TX 77437 at1:28 pm. The woman that served me was extremely rude and basically threw the food at me when I asked for a supervisor she informed me she was in charge of the store when I asked for her name she said she had no name I can assure you I will not return to this place.

Kids were on a field trip there so it was pretty dirty but the service was good. Everything was good and I was wearing a birthday crown and I got some things for free. You should really go here on your birthday

Burger King in Wharton one of the nicest Burger King I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff serve food is hot and fresh and the managers there have done an excellent job and molding the group of people that work there. Fast-friendly fresh service.

Only thing I got was a Whopper add cheese and they forgot the cheese. The burger was cold and we were the only customers so no excuses there. Soda’s are still watery and diets/zeros just taste like chemicals
Old review: A customer stuck his hands in the ice bucket multiple times. Told the employee and she just ignored it and tossed it in the soda machine. Also the burgers were cold when we got it.

Very bad experience. I bought meals for my entire family of 7. The food was ready in less than 5mins…. Less than 5 mins!! The food was cold, rushed, and had multiple hairs in the burgers, how does that happen?? Will never go back to that place.

A friend & I went to get Burger King got 3 rock hard chicken sandwiches, cold assortment mix of onion rings & fries & flat coke’s. And I called them to let them know the trash I paid for!!!
And advised them if it looks to bad for employees to eat please don’t sell it to customers. Seems to me they are just there for a check and they don’t care about public satisfaction it’s absolutely pathetic.This was at the El Campo location at 9:45pm.
