I placed an order through the drive thru, when I got home, the burger was obviously tampered with, the buns looked like they were poked at with someone’s fingers and the hamburger patty was split, when I called, the manager was rude, said that was normal and hung up on me twice. Would not recommend this trashy location.

Walked in to pick up a Doordash order for customer named Miguel on Jan 19th around 9 or 10 PM. The order had three HUGE drinks that were overfilled and bulging at the tops. They leaked all over my passenger seat because those cardboard drink holders can’t handle those MASSIVE drinks. No I can’t complain to Doordash about this, it starts with you.

The service was alright, but the food was not. Ordered a bacon burger king that’s supposed to be two patties, cheese on both of them and a “hearty” amount of bacon. I barely got any bacon and cheese on mine, and the second patty is completely empty, devoid of anything.

Fries were barely cooked. White, limp. They definitely do not like people dining in. They acted as if we were putting them out some how. Even when we all smiled and tried to be extra polite, we were met with deadpan expressions. When we went back up to order desert for the kids we had to stand there with no acknowledgement that we wanted to place another order. Finally someone from kitchen area told the cashier to help us. We won’t be returning.

Ordered 2 whoppers. 1 with mustard and cheese (no pikles or onions) and 1 with ketchup only NO cheese. The entire time the screen kept changing to the opposite of what I asked for no matter how many times I corrected them. When I would try to correct them the man taking my order seemed aggravated so I gave up and hoped for the best. The best was exactly as expected and I received the opposite of what I asked for. I even asked for a large fry and recieved a small. The funniest part of all, this was my first ever time trying Burger King.
