Good evening,
I ordered two fish burgers, which were completely soaked in oil, and the quality of the ingredients had a strange taste. As you can see in the pictures, there’s an excessive amount of oil inside the burger patties, and the fries were absolutely covered in salt — they’re literally inedible.
The restaurant was clean and the person who served us was polite, but the food was terrible and extremely disappointing. It was a complete waste of money — the $22 I paid for two burger combos was not worth it at all.

The only reason why I come to this location is because of the professionalism of the tall skinny lady who had amazing customer service the last time I visited this location. Fast forward to tonight, the short male Hispanic manager had an attitude from hell with me I had to repeat my order numerous times to him (which repeating myself is one of my biggest pet peeves)as for the fry offer on the app I tried to use it for my order he asked for the code I told him there was no code usually there’s a code to use at the restaurant apparently there wasn’t. He needs either be retrained in customer service and in management or he need to find another place to work because that attitude of his towards me was unacceptable and uncalled for

Store was clean but service not very friendly. Luckily my order was right but based on amount of folks bringing food back up there it seems others not so lucky. The fries were hot but but soggy and the whopper was very dry.

sat in line for 20 minutes with two people in front of me. asked for fresh fries after 30 minutes from placing my order. drive through attendant argued with me and demanded i accept the cold fies. finally agreed to replace them. had to move in front of the building and was told to wait and he’d bring out my fries. when i went in he acted surprised and went to go drop some, but my lunch break is over so he just served up disappointment and cold fries.

I have no idea what was going on Wednesday night 12, Nov. 25. But it was not a pleasant experience at all. The lady in black with her hair up was throwing around profanities especially the “F” word so loudly I’m sure the people driving on Saw Dust could hear them. As a customer, I don’t care to hear how some guy says to go to New York for 3 months or whatever. Now, I’m not saying I don’t curse, but I know when and where to use such language. Also, the other lady in the pic had a hat and hair net. The lady in black had neither. Not sure what BK or health regs are but one with one without isn’t a good luck. Also, having plants on the counter?!? I am sure that’s not a good thing. This BK location needs some help.

After a long day of work, and seeking to purchase a quick dinner for my wife and I, we ordered from this Burger King through DoorDash. The delivery time was good, but we were quickly disappointed when we opened the bag. We were missing one of our burgers and the only burger in the bag was not made anywhere close to how we ordered it. This was so inconvenient and highly upsetting.

Love Burger King, hands down they make the best hamburgers of all fast food places. The only bad thing is their prices. It is 12+ $ for a hamburger meal. That is crazy since it is the same price or less at real restaurants like Texas Roadhouse or Mexican food, Chinese food etc. If I am going to spend that much I may as well go to a real restaurant

Don’t waste your time or money here. The lady that took the order rushed me through it, barely letting me speak. I could barely understand her she was talking so fast. She couldn’t stay composed when getting stressed out and started audibly and visually letting that be known and handing me a dirty cup because of it. That is just the start before I even got my food. The pictures speak for themselves. Seems like what miiiight be beef patties. One of which is missing a chunk out of it. A super soggy bottom bun that is just soaked in grease. Not to mention what I think they believe bacon to be. Waaaaay not worth it. I’d rather just cook myself or just stay hungry if I didn’t have time. That was the last time they will ever have me as a customer.

7/15: Ordered a bacon whopper, came out with no bacon. Fine, I ate it.
7/17: Ordered a whopper and drink, charged for fries even though I explicitly stated I didn’t want the meal. Okay, I ate a few fries and threw the rest away.
7/19: Ordered 2 bacon Whopper Jr’s, charged for a ‘Duo Lemonade’ and no bacon. Laughed at how ridiculously hard it is to get a fast food order correct
Gave this place 3 changes, failed me all 3 times. Not worth my time to write a review for first 2 times, but at this point I think the staff are pulling a prank on me. Pretty absurd how they can keep their jobs, perhaps not enough people actually care to inform management
