I ordered two original chicken sandwiches the women at the windows tried to over charge me told me that unless the customer specifies 2 for $5 they charge regular price. Double check your receipt the lack of common sense and logic. But I’ve worked for Burger King. I can confirm it is not burger. King’s policy to rip-off customers if they don’t say duo. I didn’t tell her how stupid she sounded, but my facial expression let her know. Hopefully she learns not to scam customers and explain it away like it’s company policy to over charge.

Bad Production Entertainment
The could be a biased opinion but I have always loved Burger King. There meat always taste fresh and there topping are rarely soggy. The only reason the particular BK dosent get 5 start is getting to it is a hassle do to its location. Traffic in that area is pretty bad and you have to cut across it to reach the restaurant. Others then that safety concern 4 very strong starts!

I got caught off guard by this location. I have been here before and I swore I’d never come back due to rude staff however my family and I were trying to kill 30 min before our snow cone stand opened and I was hungry so we drove through to get a few things off the snack/value menu.

Someone cleaned house and hired the NICEST, SWEETEST PEOPLE I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. The lady who took my order was very pleasant and then at the window she offered crowns to my kids and they loved that! I immediately felt the difference from the last time I was there and it felt so good to feel like a customer if that makes sense. Often times at fast food places they don’t care about you, you’re ignored and it’s just in and out take it or leave it. But not here, not anymore.

We were just going to eat in the car because like I said I’ve been here before and the previous staff was horrible. But from the drive through experience being so great we came in.

Two of the burgers I ordered were made a little wrong and when I took them to the counter the staff was so pleasant. They immediately asked how to fix it and made the food again correctly. They even gave me some cookies for the mistake…

This location made my day a1000 times better and reminded me of AN OLDER WORLD WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERED. I truly HAD IT MY WAY!

The service is usually pretty awesome here…no long waits and the employees are mostly pretty cool! I havent had a bad experience as of yet. I certainly hope it remains that way!! Also i love the different levels of seating! There is even just a little nook area thats my favorite one!! This time i had the value menu …cant beat 10 piece nuggets for $1.49 and a cheeseburger and fries!!! All hot and fresh and yummmmy!! The food is always good as well just FYI

just ordered here at 3/22/2023. I’ve ordered multiple impossible whoppers in the past and it’s no different with today that it’s always 50/50 if they put the impossible meat or real meat. honestly why bother wrapping it in the impossible wrap if you’re going to put the real meat in it… i hope you guys get a kick out of purposely doing that but messing something up like this is just disrespectful for no reason, especially wrapped in the impossible wrapper. not even checking your order in the drive thru is enough, you now have to open our bag and check your food at this location every time. please get better quality control in the kitchen

After getting my mobile order and starting to eat when I got home, half way through my flipping fry container was the nastiest, petrified, moldy fry I have ever seen. I am absolutely disgusted and never coming to this location again, I’ve already filed a complaint with corporate.

I came here to pick up an UberEats order and this is how they handed me the drinks. They obviously should have properly packaged everything.
For example: putting the icees in another bag. The apple juice should have been in the bag with the food. And, the bag of food should have been closed completely. The male Hispanic manager [who was on shift around 7:00pm on 07/26/25] then started being rude, once l pointed it out to him. l’ve already reported the incident to Uber.
Don’t get upset with someone pointing out an obvious flaw in service. I wasn’t taking a chance on the food wasting and then I catch the blame. It’s THE RESTAURANT’S RESPONSIBILITY to package the order in a way that is safe for delivery.
And, then I heard the manager running his mouth about me, as I was leaving. I could have gotten disrespectful with him and hurt his feelings. But, I wasn’t wasting my energy. I don’t give a care if you work at a fast food restaurant, you best show some good customer service! The location is filthy, too. Guess it’s time for a call to the health department.
