Elvira at Burger King is AMAZING and truly deserves a raise. Every time I come in, she’s friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about giving great service. She keeps things moving smoothly even when it’s busy, gets orders right, and has such a positive attitude that it honestly makes the whole visit better. Employees like Elvira are the reason customers keep coming back. Burger King is lucky to have her, and her hard work and professionalism should definitely be recognized and rewarded!

I was ordering my food and the little girl that got me had an attitude already .. usually when u say you want a burger they ask the meal ? Which she didn’t before pulling up to the window I saw my order on the screen i didn’t see that she did add the whopper .. so I proceeded to the window I ask my was it 15 and she said it on a rude way that I wanted a whopper and if I want the meal to go around which I didn’t .. 03/05/2026 1:36 pm Yall better check that because then yall wonder why people go crazy.. specially where yall are located ..

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SERVICE LIKE I DID WITH ANGIE TONIGHT… I ordered my family food which was two #1’s medium and two of the 2 cheeseburgers meals medium which is a total of 2 LARGE BURGERS AND 4 SMALL BURGERS. When I get home I only have 2 Large burgers and 2 small burgers I call about 4 time no one answered the phone so I drive back up there for ANGIE to make it seem like I want FREE FOOD??!! I say hey I only got two burger of the 4 I’m supposed to receive she say yea it only come with two. I say yes but I ordered two meals she’s looked dumbfounded as if I didn’t know what I order so she gives me the whole crap about wanting free food I will more than gladly pay for them until we get this situated because one I don’t want FREE FOOD I JUST WANT THE FOOD I PAID AND DID NOT RECEIVE without being ACCUSED of ANYTHING!!!
I asked for her supervisors name she goes ha! I am the supervisor I said I’m sure you are but there ALWAYS someone above you.
She goes whyyyy you got your free food already!!? Slammed and locked the door..
WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT? I would like a manager over her or someone to contact me ASAP!! And correct me if I’m wrong that the meal comes with 2 SMALL BURGERS!

I am a customer who visited your location Burger King tonight around 10:30 PM.
When I reached the drive-thru, the employee at the window seemed uninterested in serving, and when I received my order, my french fries were cold. I politely asked if they could make fresh fries, and the response I received was, “You have to ask for it fresh if you want it fresh.”
I find this extremely disappointing because, as a food establishment, I expect that food served should meet basic standards of freshness and quality without having to make special requests. This level of service does not meet the expectations of your brand.
I would appreciate it if this issue is addressed with the staff to ensure that future customers do not have the same experience.

Marcella the assistant manager was extremely rude and disrespectful was simply trying to utilize the app and cash in the crowns I had earned when she told me after they had already been taken that there was nothing she could do after sitting there and refusing to leave until I was provided my order that I had paid for essentially she finally sent somebody else up to the window with the food product. I attempted to get her marcelas name because I didn’t see it the first time and Helen told me to hold on a minute while she went and checked if it was all right if she was allowed to give the assistant manager’s name. I asked the for the general manager’s name and nobody knew the name then finally I was provided the name Jose that was it Helen actually snarled at me literally as she walked away from the window slamming it in my face terrible customer service ignorant people

Best location in this area, great customer service , all my food very tasty and hot, I’ve been to different locations and this one is very clean. I highly recommend eating here, definitely coming back to enjoy a delicious breakfast

Went through the drive thru I ordered a number 1 with no onions and no tomatoes with a Dr Pepper and an 8 piece nugget. Menu board shows price for a small number one as $7.99 plus $1.00 for a medium upgrade total should have been $8.99 for this meal but my receipt shows they charged me $9.99. Also I did not ask for cheese because I’m allergic to it but there’s cheese covering my burger.

Been here many times because it’s the closest place to eat by my job. The food is ALWAYS cold and the bread is always hard. I just went through the drive through and told them politely through the drive thru if they can please make sure my food is hot because it’s always cold. They said okay. I get my food and the bread is hard and the burger is cold. Horrible. They “made” me a new one, but all they did was heat it up in the microwave. I know because I made a hole in the bread showing them how hard the bun was and I got the same burger back. Dont ever come here.
