I ordered a advertised meal deal . But found out they didn’t have all the items. I ask t o substitute fries instead of the cheese cake. The response was sorry, but the fries are extra. Called customer service and received the same negative energy. Needless to say money gone. Terrible service and terrible franchise resulting. BYE

Have been to this location a few times. It’s different from the rest of the Burger King locations. There’s a fish tank and Astros logos on the wall. There’s also a lot of space, it’s large. It’s connected to the gas station next door. Have ordered a double cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger and iced coffee, chocolate chip cookies . Everything was great and I enjoyed sitting in the last few times I’ve been here.

I came to try this location because the Holcombe service members actually need to be trained in customer service. Welp, seems like this is a burger king issue vs location issue because, why is this lady telling me cold fries are fresh. If I ask politely for fresh fries- I want them sizzling hot…uugghhh

I just had a $60 order and was very disappointed in my order today. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions. I end up with onions and jalapeños that I didn’t ask for. the other two whoppers are cold. I didn’t see the happy spirit that I would normally see. I live literally around the corner from this location. $60 is a lot to spend for a cold and totally wrong order.

Person taking my order was very rude. She kept forgetting my order. The place was very dirty. Noone was wearing any mask at the location as of 06/17/20. Its located in the parking lot of a gas station and feels very unsafe at night. I would rather go to Whatabuger a few exits down but the line was unreal. Buger King was empty and I can see why. There is a HUGE bump in the drive thru after you order. I have low profile tires and was worried it bent one of my rims. Lucky it didn’t but it is impossible to see at night.

Didn’t have a good experience here. We had been to pick up an online order. We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, both of which had overcooked and dry chicken meat. The buns also didn’t seem fresh.

Stop here on July 15 2025 a little between 7:30pm -8pm. Every time I come to this Burger King they always have my French fries hot in my burger still be warm hot when I get home. This is the only Burger King that’s close to me. They food always hot and fresh. I appreciate that. The new Burger King on Airport road and the one on Scott near the beltway 8 their food don’t be hot like this

The only time they disappointed me was when i bought some breakfast tacos/burritos and they were hard as a rock and I’m not exaggerating. They were imposible to eat and I had no time to go and change them.
