I would put negative if i could. Worst burger king by far that i have gone too. This is the 3 time I have been to this location and they never get the order right. I try not to complain but the first 2 time I ordered a number 2 texas double whopper with cheese meal and received impossible burger (yuck) could not reach anyone and could not get back over there because i was at work. This time I ordered a BBQ brisket whopper and has no brisket lots of sauce hamburger and pickle. So again I called 4 times let it ring till it started beeping. Had a voice worker take it back and they looked at it said its there under cheese. Then refused to replace it. So know it has been touched by me, my coworker who showed them and the person at burger king. They also did not put my receipt in the bag and when asked for a copy refused. So no food nd out $14 will not go again.

Do not come here. If I could give it fewer stars, I would. Waited a long time in drive-thru, placed an order (had to tell them what I wanted more than 3 times). They charged my card, waited, waited even more and then they told me that there was no Impossible Whopper patties left. For some reason they couldn’t tell me that while I was ordering then they attempted to refund my money and didn’t give me the full amount until I point that out that they didn’t give me the full amount, they didn’t give me a receipt either. The only way I knew the full amount that they charged me was because I looked at my bank account…this happened around 6pm 9 March 2026

Walked in. Seeing the prices posted. It is NOT the real prices I was informed and was upchared on EVERYTHING. I did not know until AFTER I paid. When I asked out the price difference. I was informed that is was WRONG. Don’t was your time here. End up getting sick later. For the price for so little food. You do better going to Whataburger.

Usually visit the area for Drs appointments and shopping a few times in the month and stop by BK for breakfast before heading home. Love the bacon croissants and ice mocha coffee. French toast sticks and the new apple pie

I had a gift card came here on the 31st recently told the guy the card has $20 in it charge me on the gift card and I’ll pay the remaining balance which was $40 guy told me it declined told him impossible I just got the gift card today he said it was declining told him just charge my reg card so I got my order pulled over looked on my app and in fact they did charge my gift card cause now I have a balance of $0 came to talk to the manager very rude lady she lucky I didn’t go off on her she said they couldn’t do anything bout it to call the gift card and I kept telling her I called and it hangs up smh so basically I’m out $20 never coming back to this place nun but thieves here

I saw this Burger King located on Aldine Mail Route@ the Eastex Fwy while I was visiting the Social Security Administration office nearby.
I like the clean, contemporary dining room. The cashier was friendly, service was prompt and the food was good.
The Royal Rewards Program on the BK app offers a number of items at a reduced cost. In September 2023, I like the Double Whopper with fries is $7.99 plus tax.
