Had to get some fast food before I checked into the Hotel for the night. As I have been driving most of the day. I got the Texas Double Whopper and jumbo size fries . And was really surprised that it was better than anticipated. However if you want to get a better rating you would want to do the following.

Go back to cooking the burgers made to order.
Use fresher lettuce and tomatoes. Jersey Mikes quality. Onions were OK. The rest of the ingredients were OK.
I could not call that portion jumbo fries. Potatoes aren’t an endangered species! And not at the price point you folks buy them at.

Improve those things and you people can out do Wendy’s and the The Golden Arches. Basically it’s taking your store back to the way you prepped burgers back in the 80’s. WP.

I usually don’t like to post reviews on fast food cause you get what you pay for. But I’ve come here multiple times and more times than not I was feed day old reheated food. A chicken sandwich isn’t supposed to be hard, dry and with lettuce that’s more soggy than your socks when you step in a puddle without shoes. How about carrying about customer experience instead of serving food that should’ve been disposed of a day ago?

Let me tell you something—I wasn’t ready. I thought I was just grabbing a quick breakfast, but no… this was a spiritual journey wrapped in buttery croissant layers and hash brown glory.

First, the ham, egg, and cheese croissant—oh mama. That flaky, buttery croissant hugged my taste buds like a long-lost aunt who always smells like fresh laundry and unconditional love. The ham was perfectly salty, the egg fluffy like a cloud that had been to culinary school, and the cheese? Melted like my willpower at the sight of a clearance aisle.

And then came the hash browns. Crispy little golden halos sent straight from the fryer in heaven. I don’t know what kind of oil sorcery they’re using, but each bite crunched like it was being judged in a fried snack talent show—and winning.

To wash it all down? A large Diet Coke so cold and bubbly it made me question every warm beverage I’ve ever trusted. It slid down my gullet with such grace I felt like a fast food aristocrat.

Maria, the MVP of the morning shift, took my order faster than a squirrel on espresso. Efficient. Friendly. Accurate. She didn’t just take my order—she made sure my day started right. I had it my way… which suspiciously looked like the exact way it came on the menu. But hey, let’s not get caught up on slogans—we’re here for the magic.

Food was good, service was good. But overall vibe was let down by the restrooms.

Not pleased with this location at all. This is the second time I ordered onion rings and got French fries. I could understand one or 2 but I had onion rings on top of half filled French fries. Then my sourdough king is texas toast. Wow!!!

Who goes to get food, gets denied to be served and then gets the COP called upon!
What great customer service!.
Never this location or any Burger King again.

I wish I can give them zero stars for the very unprofessional manager “JOSE RAMIREZ” and staff. I went in lane #1 drive thru and there was no indication it wasn’t working. So I drove to the pay station to be able to place the order directly with them, yet the very rude manager barked at me to go back behind all the other cars and order from lane #2. When I refused he called the cop, look at the picture below.
The cop was surprised and said ” I would go somewhere else to eat and complain to their corporate”

This place is DEFINITELY NOT 24 HOURS. Went there early Thursday morning 1/5/23 around 3:00 am and received NO response at the ordering prompt. I see that ALL BK’s run the same. Complete Dead Zone.
