This Texas Medical Center location was extremely clean, had an adequate number of very friendly staff scheduled to work and the dining room was large and laid out well. I was helped immediately when I walked in and I let them know I had placed a mobile order. Total time from the moment I ordered and prepaid on the BK app and walked in and out was right at 6 minutes. My order was ready and accurate. A completely different result in all aspects from the last negative experience at the Kirby Drive location where it took about 43 minutes to get my prepaid order.

The one staff person who talked to me was nice and polite. The food was hot and came out relatively quick.
Now on the other hand, it smelled like straight sewage inside. There was a person moping the floor and I don’t know where she got the water from.

Absolutely horrible!! I ordered on the app and when I got there at 9:30 PM (2.5 hours before listed close time) they already locked the doors and no one would open it, and even when I walked through the drive thru they were unresponsive through the speakers. Tried to get a refund on the app but it refused because the drive thru was “open”. Atrocious scam.

First of all, I really like Burger King. I have the app and it’s convenient to download to the app and they have specials and I like to order so while I am in the store, I sit there and I pick up at the counter but today I get an astonishing surprise of a lifetime the lowest class service ever so I am missing items in my order first and then I ask for a cup of water after I received my order, they deny me a cup of water and I said I’m spending money. I know there is a lot of people spending money, not only me so they don’t wanna give me a water and they added it. Oh you want it for free I don’t want anything for free. Why such a language from a guy who arrogantly saying he’s the manager and cursing left or right I will. The picture is below of the managers to both of them When I told them this is really not the right way because I am here at the restaurant. I need a cup of water now they said 169 the water for free I requested to return the food since I am not getting the water. How do I eat We’re not drinking and I get denied return and get cured out . This is a horrible situation, a horrible business It’s really disgusting and restroom is very nasty. Stinks. Bad experience ever

I stopped by this Burger King and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and everything came out fresh and hot. My order was made exactly the way I asked, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. It’s one of the few fast food spots where I can count on consistent service. I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered breakfast on the app using points 30 minutes before they stopped serving breakfast. I walk in and my ticked with my name ion it is still in the printer. He looks at me and says we don’t serve breakfast. I said what about the breakfast menu our walk behind you. He said no. I asked about a refund. He said do it on the app or call someone. So they stole my points. The hotel worker here in the same parking lot said they always order breakfast from here. What a piece of crap this Burger King is. Never going back.

The food is always fresh, however the service is meh at best and it’s gonna take an half hour to get your order. I work nearby and I did stop for lunch on this past Friday and it took literally 30 mins for 2 double cheeseburger and fries. Terrible speed of service but hot, fresh, food. Hire help and the review will be great.

Typical Burger King that you can find very near the Medical Center. They have a drive through as well as a large indoor seating area. The menu is just like all the other Burger Kings you might find. After all it is a franchise. Service was fast and efficient as should be expected at a fast food franchise of this size.

Do not come here if you have BK Rewards or promotions. The cashier claimed I had to spend more than the promotion terms and conditions stated. I canceled the order and now Im missing 250 reward points. Contact customer service and it will take 24-48 just to get an answer. Called the number listed on Google and it isnt a business line. Vcml with no name or information picks up. I will never understand how business run without a phone number for customers.

Drove 15 minutes to this location and asked them for freshly made food got home and realized my food was not fresh they double dipped old fries back in the grease to make them hot again and the burger was good and cold and had a weird taste to it I called several times and the phone doesn’t even ring never visiting again and I will be back tomorrow for a refund
