I’ve been to a couple of Burger King’s around the Houston area and the experience has been overall an ok one. This location however, is one of the worst ones I’ve been to. Especially when it comes to multiple orders. (mine just happen to be 2x and a to go order. Which I didn’t believe it to be much.) My order came out wrong and had to go back to show them. The active manager wasn’t accommodating and I had to travel to another Burger King to get the other half of my order. I also didn’t like the fact that they were no longer selling any of the SpongeBob promotion items while advertising that they did. The only good thing about the facility was that it looked fairly clean. Honestly not coming back to this location. I don’t think this location takes care of its clients.

I stopped by for a quick treat today and grabbed an ice cream cone. The experience was perfect! The soft serve was creamy and delicious, and the service was surprisingly fast and friendly. Everything about the visit went smoothly—it was exactly what I needed for a sweet pick-me-all. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m craving something cold!

I tried the mushroom melt. Was hot and fresh and super melty. The onion rings we just cooked to order. The music was too loud but other than that the atmosphere was ok. Kind of a slow time. It was kept clean. A good choice for a fast meal.

Cashier was on her phone and said nothing to me. She walked around the back, 5 min later someone greeted me and told me to wait some more. Cashier spoke broken English. She asked if i wanted cheese on my chicken sandwich, that was a first. Lol she packed my to go bag with busted bbq packets in it. Place was clean.

I neeeeever leave reviews for fast food places but this is really a nice BK… yesterday morning around 10:40 so 6/18/2023, I just made a quick stop and it was so clean and my food was super fresh… I’m assuming he’s a manager and he just made the experience nice. Fast food is fast food so when you overlook little things out their control you will see how awesome this location is. I wish it wasn’t so far from me I’ll strictly go to this one. You can definitely tell when a manager and others take pride in their place of work!

The fact that you can go to trill Burger down the street. The same exact prices for a double compared to Burger King single and a better fresher burger is insane! This place sucks. He needs to lower their prices if they’re considered fast food
