Consistently ignores order requests, fairly frequently gets you the wrong item entirely. Ordered impossible whopper with a couple adds, got a completely different sandwich with the wrong size side.

I’ve been to other Burger Kings but this one seals the deal. I went here 3 weeks ago and then again today, both were a major disappointment. Both times, burgers were completely unedible because they were burnt and shouldn’t have been served. Fries were mediocre and the milkshake that was supposed to be chocolate was only vanilla. What a huge disappointment. Don’t spend your money or flex dollars here, just go to Eagle Landing or FlatTop Grill in the food court in the Union if you’re looking for a good burger on UNT campus.

I’ve been here many time, but every time they get the order wrong and miss something. I also observed that they won’t change the gloves after they touched beef patty and making veg or chicken burger. This is really serious violation. And I observed employees scratching their head and body parts with the gloves on and serving with the same gloves.

We had the impossible burger for the second time and honestly I cannot tell that it isn’t beef! The burger was really good with super fresh ingredients and was made perfectly for our order. I’m am grateful for the plant based burger option! I would have given 5 starts if they offered even more plant based options.

This particular location (Denton, TX off University) seems to always have issues. Their screens don’t show orders correctly (which I overhear them talking about). They have two drive thru lanes and I’ve waited 20 minutes for them to take my order in one lane while the other lane moves rapidly. And today we paid for 2 #2s and when we got home it was 2 dry #1s with NO cheese. I live far. I dont have the time to drive all the way back just for them to correct the order. We dont even eat out often. This is the 4th time we’ve eaten there in like 6 months and its always something.

Forgot the bacon on my bbq bacon burger and also forgot to not use Mayo. Way too much sauce in general. The fries were alright, though.

Where do Burger King get these incompetent managers? Lunchtime, and there are only THREE workers, with the manager one of them. It took 20 minutes to order my food and get it, and then every single item was fixed wrong. I demanded my $$$ back and will never come here again.
