The car in front of me ordered a free BK Perks Double whopper with no pickles. I ordered a more expensive burger, I paid money for, called the TX Double Bacon Cheese burger with Jelopinos, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles! See pic what I ended up with. If you guessed the car in front of mine you win ! Also, the last order I got a week ago they forgot the order of fries. Find something else for lunch.

Owner needs to know what’s goin on at night . Decided to try this place with my family . Place was not busy or anyone at the drive-through. The moment we stepped in . Seemed like they were annoyed because we were there . waiting almost 5 minutes and nothing .. some guy drinking a soda comes up , we think we would get service . clocks out and leaves . I figured it was time to go… Sad how people are just there to collect a check and care less about their job .

Ordered online and paid extra to have bacon added to my Whoppers—none of them had it. Also got 5 Royal Wraps and they were all thrown together sloppily. Went back inside to show Christian how they looked, and all he said was, “They look fine to me.” No apology or attempt to fix the issue. Is that really how they’re supposed to come? Definitely not what I expected. ( Not to mention, the one I showed him was the one with the most chicken on it)

Ordered quickly,service ok. Food not so much. Our food was cold and not correctly made to order. It’s Burger King! Ill will definitely visit again.

I placed an order today online for trio for a pickup. I added cheese and dipping sauce for additional charge. When my husband picked up the order, it didn’t come with what I have paid for. Disappointed they can’t even have the order right, and it’s such a hassle to go back just to have them re-do it. And you can’t even call them. My order was #36 at 2:04pm at 7047 Blvd 26, North Richland Hills.

Restaurant was missing most soft drinks on the sign. Order taker was hard to understand, curt, and obviously didn’t want to be there. Restaurant told me my order was complete and made me back up in line when they suddenly realized that they missed putting a big part of the order in the bag. Way overpriced. Go elsewhere.

I pulled up in the drive-through, gave them my order and specifically asked for extra pickles on the side and extra pickles on the sandwich. When I got the order, I had four pickles and no extra on the side kinda depressing and disappointing when a customer request certain items and the company fall short on it.

Had order my food for pickup up at 11:20pm
I come and the door was locked I saw two employees but neither came to the door so I second option was to go to the drive thru which an employee only “meow” and never talked to us. Third attempt to speak to somebody we pulled up to the pick up window and the employees only occasionally refilled their drinks and didn’t open the window all in all we waited until 11:41pm and didn’t receive an online order that was already paid for… Smh if they didn’t want to make the order they should have cancelled it before 11:20 I would have at least save half the drive if they just cancelled around 11:14pm. Don’t buy from this place after 10pm orders will mostly be messed up or have an item or two missing I regularly consume here since it’s the only place open after work and workers will hide from the window and register as much as possible after 11pm

Upon arrival craving a milk shake, we pulled into a almost empty parking lot. Walked in to the cashier sitting at a table playing on his phone. He saw us and went to the register. Ordered a Famous whopper meal for my Son. Then i ordered the $5 dollar special that is advertised on the big screen. Cashier without name tag on said they don’t offered that anymore. I asked for the manager, she also didn’t have a name tag on she said that they don’t offer anymore, and rudely said that we will not honor it and we will not give it to you. She was very strict and rude. I advise anyone not to come to this location other locations like around Burleson are amazing. We asked for the money back for my son’s meal and took a picture of what we are talking about to share with you the public. This place is a nightmare I’ve been here a couple times and have always had a bad experience I was going to try one more time because they’re down the street from my house. We got our money refunded we are going to another Burger King on the other side of town for our milkshake cravings. They don’t even deserve one star

Front cashier lady named Miriam was extremely rude. She did not tell me before I ordered that the credit card machine was down and they were only accepting cash. Literally a waste of time. Then she just mumbled sorry. This place needs better management!!
