We had a better experience when we sat down inside for our meal. We had 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers and a Double Cheeseburger. We liked our burgers. They seemed a bit short staffed during lunch time, but the lady behind the counter handled it well and was nice.

Ordered a Whopper meal and 2 Chicken Fries meals at the drive-thru window. First time ordering Chicken Fries. Service was quick and we were not there for very long.
When we finally sat down to eat, the chicken fries and burger were good. But, they didn’t provide any napkins. Only gave us 3 tiny packets of ketchup. Chicken fries were supposed to come with a variety of dipping sauces to choose from, but they were never offered. It was too late to go back.

They never go by their own posted hours. The place is closed 7-8pm when listed closed is much later. They stay closing the place down early, order is always wrong, chicken sandwich is dry and untoasted. I know this is Burger King but this is one of the worst burger kings I’ve ever been to and it sucks bc it’s the one closest to my house. They allowed me to place a pickup order just for the whole place to be shut down early and I see my order flickering on the screens inside. Disgraceful

My daughter and i were excited to go here to do a food review. I was particularly looking forward to it since i hadn’t been in years. I ordered the double cheeseburger meal for my daughter, and i had the whopper with french fried onions..the bun on my burger tasted like cardboard, couldnt finish most of it. Mozarella sticks were old and cheese was dried up hard inside of them, onion rings were cold as well..even the drinks were displeasing. I was so upset that i just turned off the camera, and through the food away (my daughter didnt eat hers either). $30 wasted but i wont bother coming back as this experience with the food amd my service was enough for me to keep my distance.

Don’t eat here unless you want to guess on what your going to get. Made the mistake of stopping here after being burned before. Not sure why they can’t get simple orders right but when I ordered a burger (from some lady I can’t even understand) without mayo. I got who knows what loaded with mayo. Pay them less

Horrible. After waiting 10 minutes for 1 order of mozzarella sticks and 1 order of chicken fries, food is cold and they have us 0 sauce even after specifically asking what sauce I wanted. Made me pull up so it didn’t run up their timer. Been a few times. every time a disappointment. I won’t be back.

Order was for a double sausage croissant meal. Which is what I got charged for and paid for. The sandwich was marked double but when I got home it was a single. Tried calling the store several times but no one answered the phone. Not happy at all ripe off!!!

I went thru drive thru to order for my family. I only ended up ordering one thing because Susan rushed thru my order. After the first item she kept asking is that all. It felt like she didn’t even want me to be ordering there. At the window she rushed thru the payment and just game me my food. I won’t be going back

Food was cold !! The lady was very rude and was rushing me through my order and constantly made me repeat it. All she had to do was listen and let me finish. Waited 10 mins for cold food! The cheese wasn’t even melted. Just close down at this point. Attitudes. Cold food.

I visited this BK today and placed an order using the app. My order was place at 8:59pm. I arrive at the drive thru to pick up my order and waited until 9:41 to finally receive service. I was then informed they did not have any of the food for my $30 order. I simply requested they process a refund but instead they offered other food options. It would have been fine to just choose something else if it was my but this order was for my children. I informed the employee that I would just ask for them to process my refund. I was informed that there was no management on the premises to process the refund. I informed them I want a refund no matter what. I was told there was nothing to be done. The employee slammed and locked the window. I asked for a copy of my order purchase and a number to contact either their district office or corporate office. I was told to just look it up. The so called store manager by the name of Aaron showed up, sagging pants with showing underwear, very professional right. Several minutes later Euless police is rolling up on me and my family as if we are the problem. I informed the officer of the details surrounding this incident and even the responding officer could not get an answer from them. I simply informed BK that if they could not process my refund they will not be conducting any other business tonight. The officer informed me this is a reoccurring issue at this location and suggested my family and I visit another company. Advice taken after they closed early for the night.
BK called police on black family because BK did not want to give the customers that did not receive any food their money back. I’m am now out of $30.00. This business received money from a customer and failed to provide services or goods for such. If this has been the other way around I would be labeled as a thief.
