Went through the drive through today around 12:30pm. No other cars in line and only two cars in the parking lot, and I think those belonged to the workers. The display where you order was completely missing…just a frame where it used to be. Trash everywhere.
Ordered one Whopper meal with Coke, one Whopper Jr. meal with lemonade and one cheeseburger with nothing else on it. We waited 19 minutes at the window! We got Dr. Pepper instead of lemonade, luke warm fries, and the Whopper Jr. had nothing on it but a nasty looking tomato and possibly some ketchup…it’s hard to tell. The bun on the Whopper Jr. was hard and it was smaller than the regular cheeseburger. I think it was microwaved for some reason. The lettuce on the Whopper was turning brown and the fries would have tasted good except they had a TON of salt on them.
By the time we got our food there were four cars behind us and one car just decided to leave. I didn’t blame them. This place is the worst and should probably just go ahead and shut down.

Food was fine but the experience left something to be desired.
They were out of Coke Zero, Root Beer, and Fanta orange. Whenever this location runs out of syrup for the soda they pull the nozzle off the dispenser. Without the nozzle it sprays what’s left of the syrup and carbonated water absolutely everywhere, including your clothing and whatever you’re holding. We didn’t get our onion rings because this location ran out of Whoppers and onion rings by 7:00 p.m. on a Tuesday night. The dining area is fairly well kept but multiple ceiling lights must be malfunctioning as they are flashing very quickly.
I just really wish I didn’t walk out covered in soda…

Been waiting here for at least 30 minutes and have been completely ignored. The young employee only took care of a group of friends that were here but not me. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had more than enough time to write this review.

Only reason I came here is per kids request and will not be revisiting. Person taking the order was speaking so low that I thought their speaker was broken. When I pulled up to the window it was as if I pulled up to the wrong house instead of being welcomed the lady working had EXTRA LONG Cardi B pink nails which is so unprofessional when working around food. Not sure how management treats their workers but they look miserable and it’s impacting their reputation in this town.
Meal: Got a wrap for my self to try for the first time. Grease, mayo, a tomato, 3 pieces of lettuce and a half eaten piece of chicken was what I got. In the trash it went.

They were very patient as we figured out what we wanted to order. However they were a little slow getting it to us.
The food was okay, but upset my stomach. My sister did not like the taste so, did NOT eat it. It’s almost like too much “liquid smoke” was used.

Understaffed, but friendly. Our food was cold by the time we got most it. The rest came later and it was partly warm but had not been cooked long enough so the centers were still quite cold. $27 of disappointment. We were traveling through but we won’t stop again. The young lady up front, Leah (?), was so apologetic so I’m giving two stars instead of the one I wanted to originally.

Every morning they’re always closed. They’re never opened at the time that the restaurant says that it’s open. You can go at 7:30 and they’re still closed unacceptable and this is every day I get tired of going to the one on Wilshire. It’s out my way and I’ll be late for work. I hate this place. Don’t go here.

If you order on the app – expect to pull around and wait out front for 25 minutes and have to go back through the drive through because they forgot you were sitting out there. Only to forget half your order when they finally give it you, causing you to pull around for a 3rd time. Then get home to realize your meal was probably sitting in a freezer it was so ice cold. Customer service in the app is a joke. Just don’t waste your time here.

This is a good place to eat. They have a play place for kids. Good food. Fresh food. And Clean resturant. I would of gave them 5 stars but the person on counter at the time i went , she didnt have a sense of urgency nor acknowledged that we were there, at least say Welcome i will be with you in a min. We waited a while over 5 mins to be helped. Finally when we ordered there was no Smile. Its ok somtimes. People have bad days too. But at least fake it. The Gm was very nice and helped me and made the ordering better. Most places put their most freindliest persons to deal with customers up front or in drive thrus. and the ones that are less to the back.
I will still keep going here because of prices are good and food too. I love Burgerking.

Extremely slow to get your food. Even after ordering on the app. Took 20 minutes after I got there to pick it up. The team members, seemed lost. Probably because she may have been new or poorly trained.
