Food was good and service was fast and accurate. The inside however needs work. Every table was dirty with crumbs stains along with the floor. There was a hole in the ceiling that was dripping brown water on the floor creating a slip hazard. And spiderwebs built around what appears to be some very neglected water damage.

Update 1-7-26 the general manager is very nice and my order was perfect. Alo or her friend was not there. I guess they made some good staffing changes.
a disgruntled manager named Alo… she says please report me to the corporate office because we’ve been trying to get rid of this job.. refused to do the whopper wednesday special. Told her I was going to report her to corporate. She said, “please do I’ve been trying to get rid of this job.” Wouldn’t even let me buy whoppers on special as advertised on Wednesday 11/19/25 5:30pm.

Went inside to order, the 2 ladiwhere having a conversation in Spanish. One came up to me and I asked about my mobile order because the app crashed, she kept saying in broken English “no understand ” so I asked if she could just take my order and she said ” no mobile not working, no order” I asked again no please just take my order. Again she said ” no working ” so I gave up, as I was leaving i heard her and the other lady break out in laughter, then answer the drive thru in perfect English. There is no place in society these days to be this racist to people and treat them this way. I was just trying to order food for my kids and I drove over 20min out of the way because they wanted Sponge Bob kids meals from here. Very disappointed.

Girl and boy that was working drive through we’re both rude. They didn’t take the Egift card that I had to use and wasted my time by having me sit there for 15 min before I could order.

My husband had a coupon for a family bundle and it wasn’t expired. We just received those coupons in the mail about a week ago. After giving the coupon code the employee he was told that the code wasn’t working and they had new coupons with halloween on them and that the coupons we had were no longer being able to be used even though it had not expired. This is unacceptable to send out coupons in the mail that have not expired and then tell the customer we can’t use them.

After being ignored at the speaker, I was then ignored at the pay window to the point I thought of just driving off & going somewhere else. When she finally showed up, no apologies, or even an acknowledgement that she kept me waiting. I should also mentioned that once I got to the pay window I was the only customer in the drive thru. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, no ketchup add mayo. Haven’t ordered one before but shouldn’t the 2nd patty have a piece of cheese on it?? Also it was a mess. Photo below.
