I really had the worst of the experiences I ordered a chicken burger and it had plastic the truth horrible and by the way bathed in sauce and as if that were not enough the staff they have attending are super hateful and the lady they have there also hateful the truth when you work gives the best so you don’t like the work to you… I’m sorry but what a terrible experience I’ve been to others and I had never complained but about this ufff!!!

It’s BK. You get the standard food, so it always comes down to speed of service and friendliness. Service was pretty good, but the meat on the burgers was warm at best. Food was good but you could tell that it wasn’t the freshest….except the onion rings. Onion rings were hot, crispy, and fantastic.

The food in this location is hit or miss. I now check my burgers before leaving as I have gotten burgers that were down right nasty. Cold overcooked and tasting and looking days old.

I just went through the drive thru to pickup my online order. It’s 9:30pm and it is NOT busy at all! There was ONLY 2 cars in front of me. I get to the window and the drive thru lady has my order in a bag sealed. She’s trying to fit it into another bag for some reason?? Bag was not ripped?? Then she sets my bag of food down on counter & proceeds to walk away from window and goes somewhere towards the front counter…I wait & then wait some more & then I finally pop my horn to get her attention which it did. She gets my food and brings it to the window..I ask is that everything? She rudely says yes hands me my coke, shuts window, and walks off. I check my bag and there are no napkins, no ketchup, no straw??? So I had to pull around and go inside. To my surprise this was a “Manager” named Perla I was dealing with…I explained there were no napkins, no ketchup, no straw… She was rude & her answer back was “I had to ask for ketchup” I then asked do I also have to ask for napkins and a straw when I ordered a full meal?? And I got No reply?? It’s pretty sad when you order a full meal and not even a napkin was put in the bag. No one in drive thru and literally one person inside.

My 1st time here since the remodel. I must say the breakfast sandwiches were the best I’ve had in years from any Burger King! They were HOT and FRESH. Seevice was good also. Keep it up, please!

Ordered at kiosk since they don’t come to register. The $4.99 Wednesday whopper deal not available at kiosk. You can get $3.99 whopper, but after you add fries and a drink, you are basically at combo price, so not really saving. I didn’t order drink to save $2+ , but when I got food asked for water cup and was told “we charge for that”. I took my whopper and fries off the tray and walked out, went to QT across the street and got a large drink for $1

Wish I could give negative stars… 2 employees setting at table, 1 person in back doing the work. I will not touch those filthy kiosk machines and I really wanted to sit inside and eat.. nothing has changed about this location except the paint.. useless employees and management doesn’t see nothing wrong.

Two stars just cuz they never really have bad attitudes unlike most spots.. but they are so incompetent here that number one they struggle so hard with more than just one car in their drive thru line.. the amount of time it’d take ANY other place to handle a line full of vehicles is how long it takes them to handle one.. and two, it’s almost like nobody here knows how to count or just doesn’t care to. I’ve ordered three orders of 4 piece nuggets before, just to only get two.. placed an order through the app another time for literally just two double hamburgers and a fry just to only get one burger! Like how do you mess that up unless done intentionally/deliberately?? Again, great attitudes! But it’s a facade to mask the lack of effort and work ethic behind “closed doors”. And the quality of the food is lack luster to say the least! Moral of the story, if you want to ensure your food will be cold or you’ll have missing items, THIS is the location for you!

Used to go through drive through for burger king app orders. The kid kept asking me to go inside which is dumb because it should be made as we are driving there or in line and i chose in app for drive thru pick up, so I started choosing go inside for their extra hoops they want me to jump through. But now the last couple times Ive gone inside there is noone at the counter to take care of the customer. You will see someone quickly go by in the kitchen, but they never look at the counter and acknowledge like they are trying to avoid the task. So today at aboit 4:40pm after a few minutes I saw a manchild working so I loudly and directly said excuse me. He ignored me and walked off back to the window. Basically the customer is just standing at the register accomplishing zero and no acknowledgement that things will move forward eventually. So when he walked off I followed him to get his attention. Then he cried for me walking in to the kitchen area where he was hiding and ignoring me. He said he cant help me because hes working the window and they dont have any workers to handle the front counter. So when was I going to get assistance? Never? Glad I escalated to the kitchen to find out. All he had to do was acknowledge I was waiting and tell me hed help in a second. Then i could quickly give my name and it would take him 2 seconds to hand it over if or when it was ready. Instead he clearly ignored me until I turned up the volume and he was going to continue ignoring me. And then he got mad at me for walking back to get his attention. This employee is going to run your store in to the ground. Anyone with any level of self respect is not going to continue to go here with this childs treatment of customers and lack of an employee at the register. There was another guy there that got there before me that was already getting the same treatment too. After handing me my food, the other customer had to speak up for the worker to not run and hide back in the kitchen without helping him after handing me my bag. Totally rediculous. This is not how a fast food restaraunt is supposed to opperate.

Apparently Listening Is Optional Here
I went to Burger King #9125 at 1520 N Cooper Street in Arlington, TX, and apparently, listening to customers isn’t part of the training. I ordered the $7 Trio (chicken sandwich and bacon cheeseburger) and clearly said I wanted a Coke instead of fries. I even ordered a large onion ring—because why would anyone order two sides?
When I got to the window, no Coke. I asked about it, and the employee insisted I ordered fries. Then the manager came over to say she was “training” the employee and heard my order. Funny thing is, if she actually heard me, she’d know I said Coke.
Instead of just fixing the problem, they doubled down like I made it up. I guess customer service isn’t on the menu here. Won’t be back.
