When we got there to pickup our order, we were missing a cheesburger, and an order of fries. After politely telling the attendant that we were missing things, were rudely handed a bag containing just the missing fries. We insisted that we were missing another item and after removing all of our food from the bag to show them, mangement was called over and we were haggled about a receipt that we did not have. Very poor experience.

To begin I was never given my receipt and was told there was HIC and was given Root Beet and told it was juice… I got two orders of fries and was only able to have one sauce for them and would be charged for the other one? It’s giving broke. Then to put the. Cherry on top they forgot my mozzarella fries so I had to make another drive. ‍♀️

While the food itself was alright the service was terrible and the crew can’t even seem to follow instructions. They were out of the Hershey pies so I had to get a substitute of cookies which I understand but the issue came to when they were out of my shake and had to substitute for a soda instead. I had gotten a large meal already and the shake itself was an 80 cent up charge but the lady at the window tried to give me a small drink instead. I told her that it was supposed to be a large and she tried to argue that they had to give a substitute of equal value, yes I know that but a small drink to a large shake is NOT equal value, and to top it off the drink was pure carbonation anyways no syrup at all. Then they got my sandwich wrong I had wanted no tomatoes but add pickles and the had put tomatoes no pickles. Lastly, even though it’s a small gripe it all adds up, my 12 piece mozzarella sticks only came with 10.

When I opened the front door the team member Camila was on her phone. I had patience but when she looked up and saw me standing there not once did she reposnd by saying anything like “I didn’t see you I’m sorry”. I asked for an item then she said they were out, which was fine. I left for a quick second to wash my hands and I came back to ask a question and then again on her phone. It wasn’t that Camila was on her phone the fact I had to stand there and wait for her to hold her head up and acknowledge me. She was not pleasant but very straight faced as if I was bothering her so she could get back to her phone.

Please leave the whopper the box like the ceo told you guys too. My whopper was so soggy and smushed and it does make a difference in the box. Not to mention I had to go back once because my onion rigs were straight bread and had no onions in it what so ever I’m so dissatisfied with my order and spent almost $30 on this. Also tried to contact the store and nobody answering the phone I’m so disappointed

Food was made with no care. When paying 10 for a burger it shouldn’t look like it came from a gas station. This is a franchise store so I will be forwarding this entire thread to franchisee department at corporate.

I work overnight and sometimes I want a burger after a long shift. I know they do burgers for breakfast but the staff is too lazy and will try to lie to you even though its on the drive thru menu. No problem ordering online though so just place an order through the app and they wont try to lie to you.

Went today got my family food spent almost $52 but I really don’t mind cause I love Burger King but today The fries were very salty, and as I was biting him to my burger, it was salty as well. I don’t know exactly how but it was very salty. Even the top of my tongue started to feel raw I love burgers and fries so I called up there. Maybe if I could get my order remade the lady was very rude. Very disrespectful told me that I couldn’t get my money back if I had ate my food which I never asked. I wanted my order made and had attitude this store is my favorite one but today I was very letdown Even the managers customer service was very poor and I work in customer service her name was Susan !! Please do better

When I stand at the counter for 10 minutes while you fill an order for people that aren’t even there yet I will go and give my money to somebody willing to take it like I did today. I would have gone through the drive-thru, but that was backed up as well.

The staff here is very friendly and I always get my meal freshly cooked every single time. I have absolutely zero complaints about this location nor can I foresee a time when I would.
