Oblivious Massacre
Hours online and on app say open until midnight. Placed a mobile order just after 11pm, got to the drive-thru at 11:15. Lights are all on and yet after sitting there for a minute, all the lights go off. Went to the window, no one ever came to check on me. Employees come out a few minutes later. So either they changed their hours and did not do so on the app, resulting in me being charged for food I never got, or the employees decided to close shop early. Either way, its horrible customer service and I’ll never be going back to this location again.

The food is good and the day shift is great. But everytime I go there past 6pm my food gets messed up every. Single. Time. I have the most simple burger to make, it’s plain and dry, literally only meat, bacon and cheese. But they mess it up every time, get some employees in the evening that will do the job that they are supposed to do.

This burger king fell short on my expectation of what I’ve seen at other burger kings and what I expect of this fast food franchise. The food itself didn’t fall short it was as expected and meet every expectation but where it fell short was in customer service. The lobby had x’s on table for safe social distance and consumed half if not more of sitting area, so the tables that are available you’d think would be cleaned in a timely matter. To make things worse the place wasn’t busy and had workers standing around and sitting on the counters. Which says the few minutes it take to clean a table they should have been squeaky clean. The food was fresh and gets a 5 star but the service gets a 2 star.
