Used the app today to get me a croissant with bacon, egg, and cheese. They never disappoint! Also, their little round tater tots are yummy too!
Noah, who was very friendly and sweet gave me my order! He made sure that it was correct from the screen and even reminded me to get strawberry jelly!!
I’m not sure what the other reviews are about because they’re always real nice and friendly when I come in. The food is on point as well.

Candidly, we have avoided BK for years because the reviews were bad and we had a bad experience at another location. This evening made me regret that! I pulled up at 10:28pm on 10/13 and was greeted by Jaden (I believe) and he was so friendly and welcoming as if they’d just opened. The woman that cashed me out was an absolute gem and so sweet at this hour! The food was made extremely well and hit that nostalgic taste I had been thinking about. What a hardworking and sweet team!

Order completely wrong, not toasted and burger was cold. Menu board (left side) inoperable. Store #25385, order #72. Repeated order twice and when order was read back at payment still wrong and she said I told them to correct it. See attached photos. Also asked for no cheese or lettuce. Got both and they threw in some bacon also. One car in front of me and 7 behind me. Took almost 20 minutes to get my order. I can only imagine how long the last car had to wait.

I don’t know who the manager is, but you are doing a fantastic job. Someone took my order, then when I got to the first window a young man confirmed my order and told me the price and asked if it was ok to charge that amount to my card. I pulled to the next window and they gave me the order. The Whoppers were out of the ballfield. They were full of meat, fresh lettuce, thick slices of tomatoes, onions and the French fries were perfectly cooked, they were crispy, but not hard and dry, even after they cooled they were edible. Thank you all for making my order so special.

Relocate my review. Place has changed for the worse here lately. Order placed on 3rd of April 2024. Offer for free spicy chicken wrap threw the app. No chicken wrap, out of tortillas. Ordered shake, no not working as I arrive and already paid. Thinking I am at least going to enjoy a bacon king when I get home. Don’t think so. Inside of top bun was completely burnt. Not happy and won’t be going back anytime soon

Okay so we get there and order our food (drive thru) and a young man waves us to the window and proceeded to tell me and my wife that he and one other lady were the only one working and that he would be the one making the food. We told him no worries and he was very kind and apologetic for the inconvenience. We wait maybe five minutes at most and he brought our food out and was gracious enough to give us a few extra gifts in our bag. What a great human being and the guy needs a raise!!!! Thank you so much!!! He even wrote down what each burger was and how it came on our wrappers, all 4 burgers!
