Staff are friendly and prompt. The food is consistently good in a clean restaurant setting. Dessert is offered as well as a kid’s menu. My dogs love their beef patties which are charbroiled to perfection, healthy for everyone. I like the fries and cheeseburger minus the mayo, prefer mustard. Staff are accommodating.

Went on a day with bad weather, so service was drive thru only. I had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker because the person kept repeating it incorrectly. As I was pulling up to the window the screen wasn’t showing the correct order, so before I paid I told her at the window that both orders were onion rings. This was acknowledged and I paid. I was handed unmarked drinks and told to pull forward. We got the bag and before pulling away checked the contents. Both orders had fries. So I got out and went to the door. The girl who had given us the order asked what the problem was. I told her that both orders were onion rings. She seemed surprised and said both. I repeated Both and handed her the bag. I got back into the car and tasted my drink. It did not taste like what I had ordered so I asked my husband to check his drink. He thought his was correct but unsure as neither drink was marked. So I took both drinks to the door and asked the girl to confirm that the drinks were correct. She seemed annoyed and told me they were correct. We leave and the bag had no napkins, no straws. At least the food was correct this time. Also, there were no other customers there during the duration of out visit, so the errors aren’t due to being busy.

I was having a rough weekend and just wanted some BK. They had a deal for 2 Whoppers on Doordash for the Halloween themed offerings. When I opened the bag, there were 2 crowns inside with my Whoppers. It was the smallest detail; But it didn’t go unnoticed. As someone who works in the service industry it was greatly appreciated to see others passionate about what our industry does. The food was delicious, fresh and satisfying. The crowns, as little of an act that may be, made my past few days a little better. Well done. And thank you to whomever thought that small gesture would make a difference. It did.

We ordered number 2, they didn’t put jalapeños, mustard and mayonnaise. And number 1 one time I ordered with cheese, they didn’t put cheese, another time they didn’t put souses at all. With ketchup you always need to ask them twice, because they never put it. Stood inside 10 minutes they didn’t even acknowledge myself and two other people. Went through the drive-thru they charged me for everything but gave me half the order. Never go back to this place again to try to get my other food I’d have to wait another 20 25 minutes.. most worthless Burger King ever lost $10 worth of food that they charge me for thieves.

Okay, so I had a pretty good experience at Burger King recently. We rolled up there kinda late for breakfast, and I was half expecting them to tell us they’d switched over to the lunch menu. But nope! They were totally cool with serving us breakfast, which was awesome. And let me tell you, the food was hot, fresh, and actually tasted really good. You know how sometimes fast food can be a little…meh? This was definitely not one of those times. Everything tasted like it had just been made, and it was exactly what we were craving. I don’t know if it was just because we were hungry, but it honestly hit the spot. Sometimes you just need a good, reliable breakfast, and Burger King totally delivered. It’s nice when you can count on a place to come through, even when you’re showing up at an odd time. It was a solid fast-food experience, and I’d definitely go back for a late breakfast again. They were quick, efficient, and the food was exactly what you’d hope for from a Burger King breakfast.

The automatic coke machine only gave you cherry coke when you pushed the original coke button. The table was dirty. The burger my wife had, wasn’t very good, and it was cold. Two combo burgers with fry’s and cokes was almost $28.00

The burger was hot and fresh, it was late, understandable when a Double jr chzburger pops up you think Double, I added an extra patty and cheese to make it a triple, they had missed it, I always check my food because I live 30 minutes from Tyler, they fixed it quick and fresh and were nice about it all and even gave me a cookie as an apology (I’m a sucker for those ). Great night team. I don’t know the two guys’ names who helped. 8-26-25 9:58PM.
