Whoever works in the drive-through at the Location at 4:35 PM on October 17th 2025 is very rude and needs to be re-trained on customer service. Pull up to the Drive-through window and she literally almost throws the food at You doesn’t say hello or thank you. Have a nice day. No nothing. I ordered vampire nuggets and I’m lucky these are for my dog. These things are not even chewable for a human, but I’m sure my dog will like them. They are old and dry out. Had to come back and edit and my dog would not even eat them literally spit them out. So dried out they are sunk in like chicken jerky.

I walked in, there were no other customers. Two people in the kitchen, one at the drive through window. I waited for five minutes, no one was coming to take my order. After five minutes, I said: “Excuse me, will there be someone to take my order?” One of the kitchen people pointed at the drive through window person, like they’re supposed to do it. So I waited a bit more. The window person looked at me, and gestured that she’ll be there shortly. I waited more. Another staff person came out of restroom and replaced the window person. They kept ignoring me and all four were working on packing the orders for the drive through. 15 minutes of ignoring me. Could have said something like: “I’m sorry, we’re really behind”, but no contact with me was made. I am really hungry, so I left and went to Whataburger. At least they acknowledged me when I stepped to order.

Hello yesterday I went to buy at this restaurant as I always go and they treated me very badly, they made fun of me because I did not speak English well. I complained that they gave me a different order than the one that my son wanted to recrese so that they could change it to me and there are people laughing at me and they did not want to change it because I had paid for it without looking. I told them that I still asked for that, well, they return the money, I pay more for the order I really wanted and they give me an incomplete order and when I claim them again, the kitchen workers and the shop assistants also start laughing. And that is not all the order they give me was in bad condition and you can see that it had been in the restaurant for a long time and I told them it was for my son but they did not care how I claimed and I demanded my right once again they made fun of me giving me horrible service

Placed an online order and at the drive up window told them my name and I was there for my to go order. A very rude girl said what??? I said I was there to pick up my online order. She came back very nasty and said what is your name. I told her I gave her my name and she said no you didn’t! I gave her my name again and drove up to the window and she handed the food, forgetting my drink and closed the window and walked away. We got home after a short drive and the food was very cold. We are calling the corporate office tomorrow about her. DEFINITELY FIND ANOTHER BURGER KING!!!!!!

They had a new employee working the only open register during lunch. The employee kept leaving the register. Very slow. Was in there 20 mins for some nuggets and small burgers to go!

As a over the road truck driver. I’ve eaten a lot a lot of different Burger Kings, through out the country. Aleisha is one of the friendliest and nicest people I’ve met at one. The store clean food is good and prepared the way I like every time I’ve been here. The store is easy to get to being off I20. Makes it is to stop and get in and out. Every time I come through here I’ll make sure and stop.
