Got there, ordered my food, got a cheeseburger, fries, vanilla shake, and a root beer. While we were waiting i went to the bathroom, it was filthy and reeked. Had to hold my breath, it was that bad. Once I got back our food came, it was delicious. The waitress brought me my shake, got out of my chair to get a straw, they got it for me. Excellent service, good atmosphere, good food, horrible bathroom.

Ordered my food off the Burger King App. Arrived at the store, food was made fresh. I received exceptional customer service. I ordered the Texas Whopper, the burger was delicious. I didn’t know Burger King sold ice-cream cones, so I decided to order me one, it was good. The staff at this location was very polite & customer service oriented. Would definitely recommend.

They only get 3 stars because the food is really good. Everything else was crap, out of stock on ketchup, ketchup cups, ketchup packets, drinking straws, beverages lids. The guy started to clean and restock the beverage station at 1:40pm during lunch rush because too many people asking for stuff at the counter. You have to clean your own tables here too so pick the ones least sticky/ greasy. The food is done right but someone needs to hold these employees accountable for cleanliness and stocking.

Update Jan 2025 !!!! The staff was AMAZING AND ON TOP OF THE SERVICE … the food was cooked fresh and absolutely perfect 133pm crew on Wednesday Jan 22 …. The only issue was someone sleeping in the dining room had an off putting body Oder but had no issue going and eating in car not to bother them … can’t wait to go back and enjoy again
Place was clean but there was this odd smell closer to restrooms .. food was fresh cooked but buns was stale so hard to chew. Overall would go back….. update !!!! All good staff really on top of freshness now

This place is awful.9 am not busy and had to wait while they made the coffee I ordered. The French toast sticks were rock hard and the hashbrowns were so overcooked that they crumbled when picking them up. The service was not good, could barely understand or hear the cashier and not friendly at all.

Midway into eating my breakfast I noticed the texture was off, the cars interior lights revealed a raw chicken patty. I have eaten here twice & on both occasions they seemed more worried about the timer at the drive thru than the actual food. So much that they rather serve it raw, instead of taking the time to cook it…

Came to pick up a delivery order and for the first time in 6 months of deliveries and hundreds of deliveries today was the first day I was offered something to drink while I waited for the food. Customer service is a dying breed! I believe you should give credit where credit is due and a bit of recognition needs to go out to the crew here today. THANK YOU!

My order was taken by a white guy that was pretty chill and got my order to me with a solid level of hospitality, although whoever made my order (2 Lg drinks and fries with 2 whoppers) forgot to put cheese on my burgers.
And afterwards I called to ask them about it and felt calm about the situation, but they left me on hold for over 5 minutes. Trying to call back and the line was cut.
