While traveling 3/6 we stopped in…I ain’t had burger king in a long while. Buns were warm, burger was fresh and tasty, & staff served with a smile. Wish I could take yall back to DFW

They do not EVER answer the phone, I’ve had 2 issues in the past week alone, and each and every time I call they never answer. I get answering the phone sucks or it might be busy but at least answering the phone and a simple “ please hold” would be great! But no they just let it ring and ring until it hangs up.

I read the reviews and thought we would pass it up…..but glad we didn’t!
After more review reading I determined it depends on what staff is working and what day your there on service and quality. We chanced it and it was a good move
Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was fast, hot, good and correct. The restaurant was clean, but understocked on the drink/condiments bar. Restroom wasn’t filthy, but could have been cleaner. It is a shared restroom with a gas station.
I am glad we stopped.

Just left New Boston Burger King and mannnnn I love it. I ordered two Original Chicken Sandwiches, and fries no salt. It was PIPPIN HOT. I can tell everything was made fresh. I live 12 minutes down the road and by the time I got home the food was still very hot. Place is 10/10 come by for sure.

I went there last night and had kind of a big order, and I could tell they were busy. But they took the time to make everything fresh and make my family feel welcome. It was some of the best burger king I ever had!

Employees were very nice and being very safe. I even observed an employee take food outside curbside come back in, immediately wash her hands, sanitize and put on new gloves before assisting the next customer. Great job, and great example of doing your part.
