I ordered from here and when I got home to eat I took out the fry’s and what appeared to be the resemblance of a black pubic hair was sitting on my fry’s all dangled I had to toss my entire meal in the trash. Almost puked.

I ordered a maple bbq whopper.
They gave me a whopper patty with cheese bacon and a dab of whatever the other seasoned stuff is.
Look at the pictures I didn’t get it like what was advertised. what’s the deal ? As you can see it’s nothing like the picture. When I order I expect it to look like what is advertised or it falls under false advertise and then I can step forward with that. But all I wanted was what was shown in the picture. I didn’t get that.

Omg… So tonight my family and I wanted Burger King so we placed my order thru the app. And when I got my food this is what I received. I called the restaurant and Jackie the night time manager gets on the phone. I’m telling her that my food was burnt and hard she tells me that can’t be possible because they drop it fresh. Now looking at the pics do my food look fresh? So the next thing I know she hangs up on me I wasn’t being rude or loud. The customer service here in Texarkana is terrible and I’m the one who usually don’t complain because I know what its like. But right is right and wrong is wrong.

Like many others have posted, we were told to pull up after paying at the drive thru even though no one was behind us. The fish sandwich and fries were hot and freshly cooked but both burgers were cold. The Whopper Jr. is now the size of a sausage biscuit. I wonder how small the kids burgers are now because I remember them being larger than the Whopper Jr I was given. This place will leave you hungry so think twice about eating here. I would skip Burger King altogether and find somewhere you can get better value for your money.

I have an allergy to cheese, and ordered a whopper jr… doesn’t even come with cheese unless asked for. I didn’t ask for cheese, obviously & the first burger was made with it. I went back inside to get it fixed and after having it taken back and the cook specifically asking me what I wanted on it, it still was made wrong. I left thinking how could it be wrong, got to work and was ready to eat, being 11 weeks pregnant & AGAIN, it had cheese.
Very disappointed, money wasted.

This is my normal stop on the way to work, maybe 7 out of the last 10 days. The food is 25 percent miss as seen in the picture. When it’s on, it is awesome. Eggs are huge and fluffy cheese melty and biscuit soft crumbley perfection. But when it’s not, the egg is only a thin layer, bacon is jerky, and the biscuit is a rock, inedible. I am sure it is different cooks. Front staff is always helpful and has smiles.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the females at this location but most of them have attitudes! I went there today and was ordering my food through the drive through and whom ever was taking my order kept saying “omg” and smacking her lips whenever I added to my order! She must’ve thought the microphone was off! And when I confronted her she tried to apologize then closed the window and laughed with I’m guessing the manager (a white old female) shows that the manager has no respect or costumer service either! The girl working this shift today (added picture of receipt time/date) needs training or she shouldn’t be working drive through!! I would’ve added her name but she must’ve took her name plate off! And the soda is flat!! Definitely not going back!

girl at drive thru window asked me if I needed ketchup or anything. I said yes I’d like the onion ring sauce with my onion rings. she said yes sir. then handed me a bag. I get home and no sauce. the burgers are always cold. when I was a teenager this place was my favorite. the whoppers were always hot and delicious. now they’re always cold and not a good experience. idk why I even try with this location anymore

I’ve been going to this place M-F every morning for months now on the way to taking my baby to preschool. I get one single thing every time, which is a mocha iced coffee. I’ve received vanilla a few times by mistake, and it was rectified. Well, yesterday morning, I went to get my iced coffee and realized once I was close to home that I got vanilla. I called and spoke to the manager who was very nice about it and offered a replacement. I went back this morning to get it, and I was met with some attitude, and by the time I got up to the window, it was quite obvious I was being talked about by two employees. Then one of them tells me she was asked to have me taste it to make sure it’s fine before I drive off. Mind you, there was nothing wrong with the ice coffee I received yesterday other than that it was entirely the wrong flavor from what I ordered. I’m not at fault for buying one thing and receiving another, so this was quite tacky. I’ve spent a lot of money at this location, but I won’t be back.

My wife ordered something on the app. The app didn’t work properly and instead of the app ordering from the location she was close to it ordered from the last Burger King she had ordered from which was the locationon Richmond Road. When she realized what had happened she called the location and asked them to cancel the order. They said they couldn’t cancel the order all they could do was throw the food away. Absolutely ridiculous!!
