If your lover of flies in your food then this is the restaurant for you! Dead flies on the windows, tables and a few survivors flying around your head to make sure you are enjoying your meal. There was also a nice hole in the ceiling with several buckets collecting dripping water. The service was super slow considering we were one of two families there. Will definitely not be going back to this dirty place.

I recently visited Burger King and was really disappointed with the food. Both the fries and the chicken burger were not up to standard — they lacked freshness, flavor, and were honestly hard to eat. The fries were cold and soggy, and the chicken burger tasted off.
Unfortunately, I also felt uneasy and uncomfortable after eating, which makes me seriously question the food quality and handling. This was not what I expected from a major fast-food brand.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality, cleanliness, and consistency of the food served. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Did an online order prior to coming in and food still wasn’t ready. When I walked into the store someone turned around and looked at me and said I’ll be with you in a second and proceeded to fill drive through orders for 5-6 minutes before they turned around and asked what I needed. I showed my code in which the food STILL wasn’t prepared. When I asked about a refund it was no cares about my time or consideration of the long wait to be assisted. Lobby customers are just as important as drive through but I would assume it was about keeping the “drive through time down” and not an all around experience for all customers! I won’t be visiting this location again no matter how inconvenient it is for me. It’s all about customer experiences!

Food was good & hot. My order was correct, which is getting to be very rare for the simplest order. Service was alright. Could be better. I mean, I’m sorry someone had an off day and ruined the moods of other workers or whatever, but come on now. I still smile, greet, ask how your day is/was & wish you a great day/night when I leave, with a smile. I don’t scrunch up my face & keep that look so everyone knows I’m upset or some jerk was rude 4 hours ago. Let them be, ignore the rudeness, as best as possible. That will, in turn, upset them more & you get to see it happen.

Don’t let the review fool you. I love Burger King. However, this location has the worst customer service I witnessed in a long time. Quite possibly the worst ever. I was craving some BK. Pulled in, pausing my lo g trip to attempt to eat. There were only 2 people seated in the dining area. I stepped up to the counter and nothing. No hello, no someone will be right with you, nothing. An employee walked to the counter (on the customer side) and someone handed him a bag. Still no one even acknowledged that I was there. Two more folks came in and they mumbled something to them about someone named Keisha. They stood there a minute and just stared back into the kitchen. By this point it was obvious I was NOT welcome in that establishment. I left, never speaking or being spoken to. That’s ok, my money will be spent elsewhere. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!
