Every time I come to this Burger King, it’s at least a 20 minute wait, even when I place a mobile order specifically to save time. There is absolutely no efficiency. I order ahead expecting a quick pickup, but I still end up waiting 20 minutes or more every single time.
On top of that, they never have the items I order. When I ask to substitute for something else, they usually don’t have that either. It feels completely disorganized and poorly managed.
The drive thru experience is just as bad. No one answers at the speaker, and I have to keep trying to get someone’s attention. The staff seems completely lost and unprepared.
This has been happening for years, not just once or twice. It’s consistently the worst fast food experience I’ve had. At this point, management seriously needs to step in and fix this location, or consider closing it.

Every time I’ve ever went to this place its always something wrong today I sit in the drive through for 15 minutes and probably would have sit longer had I not driven off. I was in line 3rd person in line in the drive thru and I had to drive off.. Then the time before this everything I ordered was completely cold . The time before that they had no small buns so we couldn’t Oder Double cheese burgers. The gentleman who was working the drive through was impolite and he talked like he was on the block somewhere . They put a new manger in this place or close it down. Eat at your on risk

As someone who enjoys Burger King, this was extremely disappointing. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich once I arrived home I begin to eat my food and realize that the meat in the chicken sandwich is severely uncooked. raw…… I tried calling the store multiple times they picked up once and then hung up the phone. I also found hairs in the food as well. This is extremely disheartening as a loyal BK customer.

We came in the drive thru and ordered 8 croissant sandwiches. They literally gave us one half of the bun on two of our sandwiches. My husband tried to call and the manager said we were lying and that they would NEVER do that. Why would we make that up? Horrible customer service. NEVER WILL BE GOING HERE AGAIN. Save your money and do the same.
Photo to show that the cheese was put directly on the paper. It melted on the wrapper. No way there was a bun there.

Terrible service. The place was incredibly unpleasant, the tables were dirty, and there was trash on the floor. There was a tremendous delay for my order, and the place was practically empty; there were no other customers, just me and my companion. The fries looked old, and the onions weren’t properly sliced. I asked for ketchup, and the girl gave it to me rudely, just like she had treated me throughout the entire interaction. I would never go back. And the worst part was that it was my companion’s first time trying food from this chain.

Went here to get the sponge bob bundle and they did not disappoint!! They actually had everting, unlike the other BK I went to. Food was standard fast food quality. Also I’m not a huge BK person so only went for the promo but the staff was very nice and accommodating!

I walked into the restaurant and was not acknowledged or asked if I needed help with anything. The lady working at the register walked off and started talking with another employee. I will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Food is always done right, and the staff are very friendly. I haven’t met anyone rude, and Ive been here like 7 times already. I plan to keep coming back, this is a pretty decent burger king!

Waited 30 Minutes for 8 Chicken Fries while 5 people in front of me got there orders and LEFT by then. I would recommend NOT to go here at all. Went to a McDonalds near by and left within a minute. And to finish it off the slushy machine was off by lunch time if its on the menu I think it would supposed to be on for people. Like Hello …

The workers are checked out. They made their colleague wait before they would answer her question about where mayonaisse is on the register. They had two entry points and the one clear of ice was locked. The door that they had open has an ice covered path one had to navigate. I rarely go to BK due to the fact that service is always, without exception, terrible.
