To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding my order this evening at your Burger King location near Bonnie View Road and Highway 20 in South Dallas, TX.
We ordered the following:
1 Bacon King
2 Kids Meals
1 Whopper
I paid the full amount charged. However, when I arrived home, I realized the Whopper was completely missing from the bag. Additionally, the Bacon King was missing cheese, and some of the meals were missing fries. This is unacceptable.
My brother worked all day and was looking forward to his meal, only to find that it was not even included in the order. My children are currently eating incomplete meals. I attempted to call the restaurant immediately, but no one answered the phone. The store closes at 10 PM, leaving us with no immediate resolution.
This reflects a serious lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Customers should not have to double-check basic order accuracy after paying for their food. Mistakes happen, but missing entire items and components of meals is not acceptable.
I am requesting a prompt resolution, including a refund or replacement for the missing and incomplete items. I would also appreciate confirmation that this matter will be addressed with the staff to prevent similar situations for other customers.

I just ordered chicken sandwiche number 9 in the Burger King’s menu but that sandwich I had before it’s my favorite but they give old sandwich the bun was not fresh it smells like old bread and u can see how they make it I never ever eat from this place again the guy who give me my order he just take 2 minutes and give me that unhealthy,old , not even fresh food I feel very bad I throw that sandwich in bin

I am a health inspector and I’m a disappointed by the customer service I received and unsanitary conditions and even more so disappointed in a simple fact that you guys have been getting nothing but bad horrible reviews from customers for at least five years straight and you have done absolutely nothing to better that I will be reaching out to corporate, and I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau to do an investigation on your store Your employee John gave me change and my receipt with wet hands. I asked him what the hell that was I said is that water and he said yeah he had a blue plastic looking thing over his finger like he was cut or something and the original girl in the drive-through as soon as I pulled up Yelled almost at the top of your lungs What? When John Took my order instead of her she’s in push the ice machine got a piece of ice through the ice in the air and ate it. I seen her wipe her nose and not even wash her hands. This establishment needs to be shut down and I’m going to do everything on my power to have an investigated.

***WARNING TO TRAVELERS*** Especially families-The prices at this store are OUTRAGEOUS. I stopped there to get an original chicken sandwich combo with small fries and small drink. The cashier told me it was 16 dollars and some change. I told him there must be some mistake. Maybe he keyed in two of the combos, but he said no, they were a truckstop so they didn’t have to adhere to the franchise guidelines on prices. If you are a family of 4 or 5, you could end up with a $80 or $90 dollar lunch bill!

First of all, the counter help was super friendly, and tried really hard to help… This is probably more for corporate, because I see this nationwide…. You have a “loaded cresaunt-wich” or however ya’ll market that… It has Sausage, bacon, and ham… All three breakfast meats. It’s not on the regular menu, it’s a flash menu item …. And you have had it FOR YEARS … Add it to the menu, stamp a “#” number to it and make it easy to order…. The cashier couldn’t find it, ordered us double cresant witches instead, but ran back to have them put ham and bacon in it … But they missed the sausage….. Come on ….

Delicious burger, Carefully prepared… I watched him do it! Overflowing box of fries, and in the dispute over whether I paid for a drink or not… They won… I got the drink anyway! Great experience for a quick meal on the way home!!

Horrible service, cashier with Horrible customer service and bad attitude. Overcharged me for a whopper. $25 for a one meat whopper this guy’s are crazy. NO ICE on the fountain drink machine. Floor nasty, tables all nasty and leftover food. This place is ratchet and it represents the hood.

The manger that was working today 6/11/2024 at about 7:25pm. Is very rude when I suggested that the tables were needing a good cleaning. She belittled me for wanting a clean eating environment. She was very mean to the people working under her as well. She acts like a bully prison guard off a horror flick. She yelled at me for using my cellphone because she was worried I was going to take pictures of the filthy mess.
And her name tag is unreadable. I have never been treated so rudely ever. I will be contacting corporate Burger King about the dehumanizing treatment I have received here. I really feel sorry for her co workers she makes their lives miserable I am sure of that. Since I was a paying customer I can only imagine how she operates. Worker has a bit of an attitude. I hope his day gets better. French fries and onion rings were good, the deluxe crispy sandwich was pretty bad. Dry, not crispy, seemed old, and check those tomatoes they have a funky taste. Wilted lettuce too The shroom and swiss melt was pretty good! do better burger king…. Do better
