Placed order just before 5pm. Dude taking orders was not friendly, no greeting to anyone that I heard. And while taking the order of the lady in front of us, he threatened to leave. We’d already heard him tell 3 other people that they were out of tomatoes, but the 2 women working in the back kept reminding him and telling him to tell every customer before they ordered. Maybe them treating him poorly had something to do with his attitude or it could just be the way he is. Had to repeat my order twice before he got it right. Then he tells me they’re out of tomatoes. My husband asked if the sauce on the stackers was like thousand island…was told simply that the stackers are small sandwiches. He ordered something else. I ordered onion rings and the cashier said he’d bag our orders separately…why I’ve no idea. The 2 women in the back kept going on and on about no tomatoes…maybe they thought that would deter people from ordering anything and they were hoping not to do any business…idk. It was annoying to keep hearing them harp about it.

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. This is the worst Burger King ever. I live about 3 miles away in Dallas but I have to travel to the one on Hwy 35 in DeSoto to get decent service and a good meal. The employees are surly from the manager on down. The food is just as bad. Burger King you can do better.

Stopped for a quick breakfast and was 2nd in line inside…waited over 5 minutes for someone to take the girl in front of me order and even tho there was staff milling around they seemed to be waiting on drive thru customers only…had to leave as we are truck drivers and had little time to wait…we left before anyone had even acknowledged the girl in front of us…slow, slow, slow!!!
