Went to this location today to pick up dinner for me and my son had ordered through the app online once we got back home order was completely wrong and one of the burgers was almost right except where it had raw looking bacon on it and did not have extra onions as requested the rest of the was messed up completely was it even what I ordered or correct I went back up ask the girl for the manager ended up speaking with Alex i asked him to correct this order that it was completely messed up and wrong he informs me No that they were low on supplies & couldn’t then I asked for a refund and was told No absolutely ridiculous they refused to make the correct order that was placed online or to refund me I will never order anything again from this location don’t even want Burger king. Again at this point very disgusted with it & their customer service was horrible next time I will just go to Burger Street or Burger Island definitely never been disappointed with those locations Burger King definitely was doing bad business treating customers that way hopefully they’ll go out of business doing that definitely won’t get my business again

Maria Rosas (“manager on duty”) & Marisol along with some of the other staff are by far the worse, attitude horrible over some food I paid for. And was still attempting to pay additional for, for their mess up. Talked hella spanish as if my wife & I didnt understand what was being said. And to be called a liar in behind some food we knew we correctly order and was repeated back to us yet still never made right was and is beyond atstronomical… The way the situation was handled overall in behind me wanting me food made correctly is unreal and when asked for the corporate number we wwre laughed at and told they didnt know yet was very please to give their names, advised “when we do figure it out have fun with that” sadly its people like them that make industries as such a horrible place to return to.
I do remember faces as most didnt have ona name tag but entertained the shenanigans given.. Customer Service trianing is desperately needed, if not needing to be re-evaluated and updated in many industries cause yea really tho.
Anywho gave the food a 1 star as well cause my food was thrown together and certain things tasted reheated.. Wont be returning to this location and its now closes to me lol, Im willing to drive to the other side; if return at all considering BK falling off period. ♀️ ♀️

If you are planning to eat here do not get breakfast they will take a long time to take your order and prepare it even tho you are at a fast food place where everything should allready be prepared and and ready to put together and be out the door you can be the only customer in the building and they will still take a long time to take your order and give you the food so if you are in a rush for a quick breakfast dont come here go to jack in the box or mcdonalds.

Good and clean place. The restrooms were also clean. I like this place because of the playground and very accessible, right off the NB 75.
I’ve seen some negative feedbacks but I was there today (May 11 2017) without any issues with service or my food. The place was quite empty too. The only thing is the playground area was quite hot, maybe their AC was not working.

The little manager woman is a bit on the rude side, the food is cold and mediocre. If you’re on Coit Rd, proceed to go to the one in Plano. It’s like a 15-20 minute drive. Well worth it for the better experience and the food.

every time i’ve come to this location it’s been great drive thru service. very friendly. i came here the other night at around 11pm after a long road trip & the lady at the drive thru was very sweet & the food was honestly great. i always get the chicken sandwich & this time i tried the new honey mustard crispy wrap they have— needless to say they are better than mcdonald’s snack wraps as far as quality, & for the same price. this isn’t the closest location to me but i will go out of my way to return here.

We had added toys after paying for the food, and we were asked if we wanted different toys. I know asking for extra things can be an inconvenience, but the way the gentleman at the window was acting and handling our request impressed us. We very much appreciated it.

This location is always clean, fast, hot and good. I’m hoping they keep the Impossible Whopper. It’s so good that I thought they got my order wrong and gave me real meat. If you’re not plant based, you will know it’s not beef, but it’s still a really good burger.
I drive past two closer Burger King’s to eat here because this one is a step above all the rest.
