When Burger King is right its amazing, but this one wasn’t giving me the wow factor. The guy behind the register is dry and not friendly at all. The food is good enough, but definitely not up to par. The hamburger buns seemed thick and almost kinda doughy. Not bad, just not expected. The restaurant is clean and well stocked with condiments, napkins, sodas, etc. I wanted to try the red Spider-Man whopper but really wasn’t feeling the vibe and surely didn’t want a bad experience. Overall, they can put more lettuce on the burgers and go back to the original buns and it might get a better rating.

Love burger king but this one doesn’t feel as fresh as the other burger kings. it does have a nice frame-grilled taste on it. Although the mozzarella sticks are not that great, probably 65% of the time it will be hard mozzarella and not very stretchy but more like a block. The wait time was super fast and the food was really cheap definitely will get your money worths at burger king!

Pull up with employees hanging out by the back door, place my order and YET AGAIN NO COFFEE READY AND THE COFFEE POT IS BROKE?!?! Really? You’re trying to tell me with as many people that order coffee in the morning that you only have one glass pot to serve coffee? I have worked these chains, my whole damn teenage years and you’re trying to tell me you can’t send somebody to Walmart to get another glass pot? So of course, I had to get an orange juice, which is what I didn’t want then I get my food and go down to work and open it up and it looks like my hashbrowns have been cooked for too long and in dirty oil and you can’t hardly Eat half of them because they’re too hard. I have always gone to Burger King for breakfast, but it’s always a runaround with either not having something or the order being wrong. I think I’ll start taking my business down the road to Whataburger because I have about had it going to Burger King every other morning with coffee machine issues or the order is wrong or they’re cooking in bad oil. God knows every time we try to get ice cream something‘s wrong with the ice cream machine for the past damn eight months, whoever the owner is of this door frankly does not care how their employees are cooking things in bad oil or handing them overcooked french fries or hashbrowns let alone the rumor has it that some of these managers like to call other fast food chains so they won’t hire employees they fired. At least that’s what’s been told to me by a couple employees. And from What I understand that’s illegal to go out of your way to call other stores not to hire an employee That was fired. I have known several people that work at this Burger King And they come to me asking questions because I’m a manager myself and if somebody’s calling around so they can’t get hired at another company that is illegal as hell!

Normally I have trouble out of this burger king. I used the app to order for the in-laws. It was ready when I walked in. After dropping that off I circled back around to order thr five dollars special for the wife and I. Both times no problems. That’s a first for this store. My only complaint was I was standing thier waiting while they walked by never asking me what I wanted. Yet they all watched me standing there for quite some time. Keep working on total services.

This is a complete joke of an order. I ordered shroom and Swiss melt and and I got a kids size sandwich. There is no sourdough. This is not worth $11.49 . Plus the delivery fee
