Honestly, not coming here again. I’ll rather drive a few more minutes to a different location and I recommend if you are reading this that you do so as well. We pulled up through drive-thru and my family and I were struggling to place our order as the employee kept mistaking what we wanted. We pulled up to the window and thought the total was higher than expected so we paid and waited for our food. I then went online and tried placing the same order just to see the total and we were being overcharged a little over 10 dollars. We went inside and waited for our order which took a while despite the place being empty. Once we got our order we asked for our receipt because we were not given one. To which the employee Jose the one who also took our order said that the machines were down and that’s why he couldn’t give us a receipt. I then asked why we were being overcharged and he acted oblivious and said he didn’t know why. He told us he could give us a refund and he did and we gave the food back. He then stepped away and came back saying that he did overcharged us that he “accidentally” added an extra combo to our order. Which didn’t make sense to me because there wasn’t an extra combo in the bags when he first handed them to us. He then gave us back the cash that he had overcharged us for and our food but honestly this place needs new management or to be shut down. Not to mention we saw our receipt behind the counter print out after saying that none of the machines work. He didn’t even end up giving us the receipt but at least we got what we were overcharged for. It is disappointing of the service and quality of the food. When we got home and tasted the food it was okay the fries tasted disgusting. Honestly I will not come here again and I recommended that if you plan on coming here that you go to another location instead. The wait and customer service is horrible here.

Asked for no mayo on chicken sandwich… got mayo on sandwich. What’s the point of asking if the order on the screen is correct if you can’t make it correctly. Next time I’ll just say here’s $25 put whatever you want in the bag because that’s what you’re going to do anyway.

The two ladies in the front were very nice and had amazing customer service.
Inside was very clean, even the bathrooms

General manager Keila … should be fired. 1. Employee was honest & told me they forgot my order after I had been waiting in the drive through for 10 min that alone had gotten me a but upset but wtv brushed it off he told me to come back around that that his manager is going to take care of the refund because I requested a refund. Come through the drive-through of course this other customers also in the drive-through so I had to wait another 10 minutes and once I made it to the window, the general manager seemed clearly overwhelmed I understand but She didn’t even Read or anything I had to be the one to say oh like like I’m wanting my refund and she just said OK give me the keypad thing because I paid with Apple Pay and when I mentioned to her that her employee had offered coupons for the long wait and forgetting my order she brought back two coupons that said free fries with the purchase of meal. I’m very disappointed, especially because they wasted my time and the general manager did not resolve anything if anything she made it worse because she was giving an attitude when I had no fault in anything I understand, falling behind in orders, but The least she could’ve done is make up for the long wait and forgetting my order never again going to this location

0 stars if I could this place is disgusting. Tables are dirty, staff stands around doing nothing. They made my order in less than a minute. Sloppy and cold. When I came complained about it the 2 employees walked away without even apologizing.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with who I would say “manager” Jones, he was so rude and bad mannered, it is incredible that they have such a person working for customer service, and more in these difficult times of pandemic, where there are so many restrictions when buying, it is impossible that they do not try to work with the costumer to offer a good service, and limit the purchases one order per car, I have to mention that the cashier who attended me in the first place was very kind, after this I decided to go to Burger King located at 1730 Military Parkway, where they were very nice and kind when they took my order. that’s what I called a GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE
