This is why Burger King cannot compete with McDonald’s. I pull in to this location for lunch and I order the SpongeBob meal to give them a chance and try the whopper again. I ordered the meal and the employee first off does not tell me that the strawberry shortcake is sold out he just assumes that I’m OK with the change for a Hershey’s pie. I bring this to his attention and he says yes it’s sold out and he’ll trade it for the pie without informing me. I say it’s fine. I put my order. I pull up to the window and they asked me to pull further after I paid and that they will have my order ready. After waiting 10 minutes another car pulls up behind me. So I decide to park and go inside and ask what the reason for the delay is as I am on lunch. They then informed me that the ice cream or slushy machine is broken which again they did not inform me of when I put the order in (or pulled up to the window). They asked me if I would like a drink replacement. I tell them no and that at this point if my order is not ready, I just don’t want it at all. She informed me that the order is ready. They just don’t have the drink. I ask why they didn’t tell me this when I was at the window. It could’ve reduced the long wait time. I ended up leaving with no drink and kept asking for a full refund. She made it seem like it was impossible. I told her to forget it I’ll take the meal (minus any drink) and she was ok with me leaving this way.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. They don’t say thank you or greet you. I was there 9/18/25 10 pm it seemed as if it was the manager or something but neither the manager or the employees had manners. Also I ordered something and payed cash and the man didn’t wash his hands after getting my cash and he went to grab cups and things. The woman grabbed the d food to put in the dryer with her bare hands after touching her dirty phone on her hand… they need to be taught manners and hygiene!!!! Also the food was so cold and half prepared. Avoid this location

Came in to order, had to wait for 5 minutes for assistance, after giving order they just walked away and didn’t even put the order in. After waiting for another 5 minutes we just decided to leave and thats when they gave service again, one thing is to wait for service but shouldn’t be ignored after giving service, especially after you have been given an order. I went to the jack in the box next to it and go great service do recommend the jack in the box

I ordered through mobile ordering. They didn’t get my order right and some items were missing. I contracted support and they refused to fix the problem. DO NOT ORDER BURGER KING.. they will not give you everything and then just steal your money. Their customer service is horrible and they always have a bad attitude.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a double cheese burger, and it only had one patty. I’m not sure how you get that wrong when it’s in the name.
Edit: Two days later, I went there and ordered another double cheese burger. I checked the thickness of the burger through the wrapper to make sure it had two patties, and it did. I get home, take a bite, and it has mayonnaise and onions. That’s not even included on a double cheeseburger. Don’t go here, and if you do, double-check every single thing you order because there is a good chance it’s going to be wrong.

We’ve being going to this place for a very long time, I think it’s under new management because we went to get some breakfast and didn’t notice until we got to the office that the coffee was Luke warm and tasted like it was from yesterday, and the bacon in the bacon and egg sandwich had a piece of bacon the size of my thumb, this place needs to change management again or there’re going under fast!
