I was surprised this location has improved from two or so years ago. The Ladies working yesterday evening were efficient and accurate with my order- meaning it was fast and correct. Plus they were friendly and they did a good job. Thank you! Food was hot and fresh. We had stopped going to this location because service was terrible but things turned around.

Despite the most recent reviews regarding this Burger Ling location, all I have are nice things to say. I rated the “Atmosphere” a 2 because they had multiple areas of water leaking and buckets just sitting out on the dining tables.
The food was very fresh and crispy! The staff was more than accommodating as well! I’m always gonna give people the doubt to change or make correction and I can say that they have!

The restaurant was filthy. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Food debris on the table, the floor was sticky, and there were no paper towels in the restroom. My expectations we not high, but this place was nasty.

This location has no air conditioner. I cant believe they have people working in the kitchen with no air. This is Texas heat we’re talking about and the poor girl working had all flushed cheeks and looked uncomfortable. How can they think working without AC is a good working environment. The location is great, and you can see it from the roadway passing by. The food was average/good. The fries could use more seasoning, and it didn’t taste like I had a fresh bath or just fresh period. Seemed to be only two people working. My wait wasn’t long, but they could use more staff. The facility seemed average. Overall I had a good experience there.

It’s obvious why this restaurant has less than a 3-star rating.
I ordered a #1 meal, which includes the burger, fry, and drink.
I actually said to the cashier I was ordering the “#1”. There was clearly a language barrier and English not her first language. When it was ready, there were no fries, so at the counter with no one in sight, I called to the back to one of the two employees, that my fries were missing. The cashier who took my order came out of another room when I was talking to the cook, and she said I did not order the meal but only the burger and wanted to argue about it. The second person in the store handed me the fries and said no worries. Overall this was an unpleasant experience when a service worker rings up the order incorrectly and then accuses me of giving her the wrong info. I have ordered enough at fast food restaurants to say I want only the sandwich when I don’t want the entire meal.
I don’t know how this location stays in business, with virtually no customers and people who aren’t capable of taking an order. We will not be returning. I would recommend the new McDonald’s on University or any of the Wendy’s or Whataburger’s would be a better place for a fast-food meal.

Respectfully, I think the drive through cashiers need more training. There are always communication issues I have regarding what I’m wanting and I’m often left with the wrong order. They are nice but seem to have a hard time understanding what I’m wanting even if it’s a simple cheeseburger.

My food was average – the fries were warm, not hot. My husband got ‘extra’ items on his double whopper which he didn’t expect. But there were hardly any customers. Must be something wrong when the BK employee goes next door to get BUENO food and then eat it inside BK for all the customers to see!! Not only embarrassing but says alot of what they think of their employer’s food.
