I wasn’t expecting much, but dang. The level of courtesy and service from Jabree working the front counter was impressive. He could probably work at a high-end restaurant if he wanted to. Honestly, probably the first time I’ve ever thought about tipping someone at a fast food restaurant. Great job Jabree. Food was good and location was super clean. A lot of other restaurants could learn something from this location.

I come here all the time and i will say this is the cleanest burger king i have ever seen. The managers, Maria and Rhonda are always so nice and attentive along with everybody else there. My food is always amazing, fresh and doesnt take long to get it. Great Management Burger King.

This is one of the best Burger King locations in the area. We’ve been here several times, and it’s always clean and the location feels safe and bright. The food quality and customer service is also above average.

The daytime crew is generally fine, but the night crew could use improvement. Burgers are often put together sloppily, with sauces smeared everywhere. Prices at this location are also noticeably higher (10–20%) than other Burger King locations, without a clear difference in quality or service.

Ever since it reopened, I have to keep asking for the missing parts of my order. And when I made it home and they left out an expensive item, they ignored all my calls and other attempts to contact them. Even though it’s new and clean, the service is horrible. Triple check your order. I doubt I’ll go to any BK anymore.

[5/2024, $6.50] out of burger kings this area, this is probably the best for now by decent margin. Ordering process was pretty fast, food came out fast, the restaurant is clean, and there no crazy panhandlers here like one in the K Avenue in Plano.

This place always have great customer service, the food wasn’t as great yesterday it wasn’t really fresh but how Ms Rhonda was so pleasant and kind and the inside was really clean. I didn’t even complain about the food and because any other time I’ve went the food has always been fresh and really good.
