Shout out to Juan who went the extra mile for me this morning – he is a super star! I ordered a half sweet iced tea this morning with breakfast and he told me that they were out of sugar so he couldn’t make sweet tea. But then he remembered that he had some sugar packets and he spent the time to put the sugar packets in some hot fresh brewed tea so that the sugar would be dissolved for me. Thank you so much Juan!

I am vegan, and i love their Impossible Burger, specifically on discount days u will get in just $3.
All the servers are very nice they give u respect and greet u with nice smile.

This use to be the best BK, but now they steal from customers but shorting ingredients. Something the others do. Tonight my burgers were all missing a piece of cheese. Nothing huge but definitely changes the taste.
If they are wondering why they are empty, try to stop charging for ingredients you don’t provide.

I love Burger King. Now that I use apps the burger and fries are always fresh. I tried the Cinnibons (Nostalgia) they were terrible. The frosting is no longer white it’s almost clear. The cinnamon is mushy (The texture and taste screamed (MICROWAVE)and taste strange. Don’t was $ 2.50. They are 100x worse than when they stopped selling them. Nowhere nearly as good as they were when the first came out years and years ago.

I’m in here right now. This place sucks. They don’t wash their hands. I just watch the lady that’s cooking rub her nose. She didn’t change her gloves. The manager took some food outside. Touched all the doors came back in put some foam hand sanitizer on and went right back to cooking peoples food Wow

Management is the issue with all fast food places they don’t care so the employees don’t care either. They give the impression they hate their job and hate the fact you are there also. I don’t care about your attitude but the least you can do make sure the food I’m paying for is hot and fresh.

Always slow and inattentive. I asked for zesty sauce and had to keep repeating myself. Then the person taking my order read the value menu to me. I asked “don’t you have a sauce that’s called ‘zesty’ I want that” and suddenly I’m being barked at by a second person on the speaker. I have literally been in that drive thru 6 times and only got to eat once. They are slow, rude, and act too busy to listen. I’m over it. Won’t go back.
