I had an incredible experience today thanks to Kimberly in the drive through and Delia. I’d originally ordered through the app, but after realizing there was a burger I wanted to try—which wasn’t normally vegetarian—Kimberly went above and beyond. She helped me customize it perfectly, even though I’d already placed a different order. Her adaptability and excellent customer service made all the difference. Additionally, Delia prepared the food perfectly; it was absolutely delicious and made exactly to order. I couldn’t have had such a great meal without this team!

This was the cleanest Burger King that I’ve ever been in. The ketchup pump was full and not empty. Food was hot and prompt The manager on duty was Michele. She needs a raise

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on October 15th around 7:30 PM. My family and I stopped in to dine, and after placing our order, one of the burgers came without cheese. My husband brought it to the counter, and that issue was resolved quickly. However, the burger also had ketchup on it — even though we had specifically requested no ketchup or mayo.
At that point, we were ready to head home, and my husband no longer wanted the burger. He asked for a refund, but was told they couldn’t process refunds because it would make the register come up short. Having worked in fast food myself, I know there are ways to handle refunds properly.
When he asked for a corporate contact number to follow up, the staff told him to “just Google it” because they didn’t have any information. We called Irving PD hoping they could help mediate, but the staff claimed we were causing a scene — which was absolutely not the case. We had our children with us and were simply trying to resolve the issue calmly.
What upset me most was that the cashier, Kim, appeared to be recording us on her phone while we spoke with the officers. My children were in that video, and I feel this was a violation of our privacy.
We did not curse or act aggressively. My husband may have sounded frustrated, but that’s understandable — he works hard for his money, and we were not satisfied with the service. I’ve since called the store and left my name and number, but was told there’s no manager available at the moment. I hope someone reaches out to help resolve this.

Haven’t had Burger King in over a year and won’t be having anymore. Fries, cold and old. Whopper w/cheese no lettuce no onion and it was still dripping wet and soggy. It was warm though. Bacon Whopper w/cheese no onion, soggy mess, missing the bacon. It too was warm. Onion rings, cold and old. Ordered a large thinking I would get fresh… nope, that’s what I get for thinking I guess! 4pc cheesy tots were fresh and good. $29.41 wasted money and half of the food thrown away.

Staff is rude manager is nice guy. VERY rude shift leader lady yelling the whole time. Never again. I had to edit my review to say THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER. I wouldn’t be so upset if they weren’t so terrible with me. I was excited to try the Texas Whopper, guess next time, at a different location.

The girl who was at the window tonight, July 10th, 2023, at 11:02pm , needs to be fired. I arrived to pick up an Uber eats order (meaning they already should have the order because Uber only puts the delivery out to drivers if the restauranthas accepted it). There were no cars at the order screen, so being that I did not need to place an order, I pulled straight ahead to the window. Two cars pull in behind me. The girl opens the window and says, “You need to go around, I have cars,” as if I wasn’t a car too. I tell her I don’t need to make an order. I’m just picking up an Uber eats order. She says, “You need to go around.” and she’s making a face like “serves you right” like if I really ruined her day and needed punishment. So she expected me to drive back around; wait; get to the order screen; and tell her I have an Uber eats order. She was acting as if I’d cut in line or something. There was no one in line. Maybe service isn’t the industry for her. Then, as if she hadn’t done a bad enough job, she outwardly laughs out the window as I drive forward without the customers order. I have that on video.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally report a troubling and unprofessional encounter that occurred today at the Burger King drive-thru.
While placing my order, the employee informed me that she could not understand me over the speaker. In an effort to be clearer, I raised my voice slightly so she could hear me better. When I arrived at the window, the same employee approached with an immediate attitude and told me I didn’t have to “scream” at her. I calmly explained that I only raised my voice because she previously stated she couldn’t hear me. Despite this, her tone and behavior remained hostile and unprofessional.
When I requested to speak with a manager, she claimed that she was the manager. I then asked for her name. Instead of responding appropriately, she slammed the window and walked away. I remained at the window and began recording. After a few moments, she returned, opened the window, and told me her name was Priscilla. I also noticed that she had removed her name tag during the encounter.
Her conduct was completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing and managerial role. Her attitude not only ruined the experience but also made me lose my appetite, resulting in a complete waste of my money.
Because of this incident, I will never return to that location again. I strongly urge that this matter be addressed by upper management immediately, as it reflects extremely poorly on Burger King’s standards for customer service and professionalism.
Sincerely,
Sam
