Stopped to get a new sandwich that I saw advertised. Ordered inside to take with me. Happened to get there when business was very slow so there was no waiting. I was impressed with the cleanliness. After watching all the employee’s, I can say that they were all very professional. The gentleman that took my order and attended to me was friendly and personable.

Ordered a mocha iced coffee. Received what look like a vanilla iced coffee. When i asked the worker if it was mocha, she lied and said yes. You could clearly tell that it was vanilla.

The ambiance at this location is very positive, employees are hard working. It being my first time in that location, Makes customers feel like wanting to return with the hospitality offered. Very difficult to find nowadays in Fast Food restaraunts.The Manager Olga, made sure we were having a pleasant service, and our order had no problems at all. Highly Recommend this place.

I want to give a big shoutout to the manager Olga at this Burger King location. They run the store with professionalism, great energy, and clear care for both the customers and the staff. The service is fast, the restaurant is clean, and orders are always accurate. You can tell the team respects their leadership — and it shows in the smooth operation and positive atmosphere. Definitely one of the best-run Burger Kings I’ve visited. Keep up the great work!

Placed an online order. We arrived and went through the drive through only to be left waiting for several minutes in silence. Confused, we drove by and both windows weren’t occupied. Instead, we went inside to pick up our order. The girl at the counter quite literally must’ve been under the influence of something – and I don’t say this lightly. She needed to be told every single step of our order, barely responded to anything, and had no idea what was going on. It was painful to have to tell her we had two meals and that it meant two drinks, two sides, etc. We literally had to walk her through step by step and even then she just kinda did her own thing. The hygiene was questionable – the tables were all dirty and I honestly have worries about the health of the food provided. Upon tasting it, it wasn’t even worth the $12 per meal we paid. Overall the place seemed understaffed, uncared for, and just…awful. Not to mention they forgot parts of our order after all that put together.

If I could put -10 I swear I would! I placed my order online, and when I went to pick up my order (around 8:50pm) the lights were on in the store, the open sign was on, but no one attended me, I waited for about 15 minutes and no one came out, I knocked on the drive thrue window and Nobody attended, it is not the first time this has happened to me, even during the day, they do not attend, the manager is extremely rude, despotic and speaks to both employees and clients in a horrible way, I better leave the facilities for another review, the store is disgustingly dirty.

I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea and when I left the store I tasted my drink and they gave me a Dr pepper which I do not drink soda this really isn’t right. I tried to call the store number when I got to work but I can’t get anyone to pick up this is very unacceptable I want my sweet tea and I can’t have it because I can’t leave my post until 6:00 in the morning. They need to have someone answer. calls if they are open til 12a
