Cold….. just a cold atmosphere at the TA. Cold food and warm soda! The only thing that was good was the service. Hard working folks taking care of us whinny truckers overdosing on bad food while moving America. There was a time when TA had set the standards of dining for us. Now they can’t make up their minds on which crappy food establishments they’re going to have. Sad days. 50 years of OTR reduced to this.

This clerk was a little bit rude. She ignored me and my friend. Gave me attitude. She doesn’t know how the app works ( so does the other guy ), and she made no effort to help or explain ( so didn’t he )
That’s okay, I’m new to BK app, and I’ll figure it out. The store was clean, the food as always great, but the workers – they need to learn a little bit about how to properly work in the hospitality business. I understand it’s a hard business to work in, I did it for 3 years. But you’ve got to at least try. If not, yours move on. But don’t make other customers unsatisfied just because you are tired of this. And keep your attitude to yourself.

No one was assisting the drive threw so we decided to go inside thinking maybe they were busy, but NO! Just a few (3) people waiting on their food with an employee by the name of Andy who indeed did not want to be there! As soon as it was my turn, no smile, no nothing asked “what do u want”?! Not, what would u like today, how can i help u, or can i take ur order, if he wanted to keep it short! My whopper was also cold and the bread was stale! We have NEVER EVER had a bad experience here but this definitely called for a bad review!

Even though my order was messed up the manager bree was so calm and so patient with it all now granted it was a little late and it was less workers and the inside was busy. I was in drive through, at the end of the day I didnt receive any attitudes and they were apologetic and I ended up getting everything I paid for. I will return.

I usually love Burger King because of the impossible whopper but today it was extremely disappointing and disgusting. The service was terrible. The cashier gave me the worst attitude after I corrected our order from a small to a medium. after we finally got it order, I noticed buns were not even warmed or toasted. By the end of my meal, I FOUND A HAIR IN MY BURGER. Worst experience. I will not be back.

I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:30 pm and I was rudely told that I have to come in because the drive-thru is closed. The hours on the building say 10 pm and that’s what I told her. She ignored me for 10 minutes until I finally drove away. Will not be back. Everyone who works there is rude every time I’ve been there!

Couldn’t order at drive through kiosk and had to drive to window. Lady definitely not caring to be at work. Paid over $14 for the food and literally got around 10 damn French fries. Not worth the time to turn around and complain. Steer clear of this place and just head to What-A-burger.

This place needs to close. Its literally a pointless location. Overpriced. Every item is Overpriced bcuz its in a travel center. The entire place is dirty and gross. Rockwall needs to open a real Burger King Restaurant. I paid $15 for a $7 dollars worth of food. Everything in this place is dirty. Not going back. Live nearby.
