Arrived at 11:30pm , hours posted on window and door state close @ midnight. Same as Google hours. Cashier was just sitting there not doing anything… Was told they closed early. Please update your hours. Drove all the way here to be refused service.

This is one of the sorriest excuses for a BK I have ever seen. Stood there waiting for my order to be taken for over 5 minutes with not a customer one in there 4 employees behind counter and 1 in lobby and finally when I had enough and went to walk out they wanted to help me. I said I don’t have time when I was on a 30 min break. Need to shut it down or do like McDonald’s and have self serve kiosk if you not going to wait on people who pay your check

The girl taking my order Kelly picking at her nose. And never washed hands. One of the cooks was cussing out loud about some. The other cook has his wife and kids there and one of the kids was climbing on the counter. With no attempt to clean it.

Personally the fries were alright… But the burger was like one of the worst I low key ever had… And well I feel like the employees were goofing off and not doing their job professionally. I don’t think I’ll ever go there again.

I feel bad for the poor worker, I went and waited in the drive thru at 10pm for 10 mins with noone coming to the screen, so I call the burger king, a lady answered the phone and I asked if they were open, and she told me no because “her whole entire crew walked out on her and she was trying to get as much done as she could” poor lady what kind of bosses don’t show up to help the only employee that is trying to stay and work and get things done. Very sad very disappointing especially because it’s the only food place around here. Hope her night gets better she deserves better.

This place was horrible. The workers stared at us like we were white trash. The order was not right. We order the 2 for $10.00 and received this correctly. However, my wife only ordered a whopper then received a combo. Then the sourdough was not made correctly the buns was not toasted, the bacon did not taste right, there was no ice for the pop, and the pop tasted like new plastic. I’m sorry but I will never take family in this Burger King ever again. Are you kidding me?

Everything just wrong about this place. Disgusting work ethic. Employees eating candy over foods, saw an employee holding cigarettes case at the casher, also I order a double texas buger which also was clearly show in the recipe, they got me a double cheese burger. I know they did it on purpose because when I check if there is any napkin in my bag, the lady got spook. Never coming back here again.

Cook was disinterested in his job. The drive through was backed up 8 to 10 cars deep, 4 people in line at the counter. The cook was flinging food about. The sandwiches he was making looked to have been made by a 2 year old. The fries were stale and cold, the ice machine was out of ice. Took 11 minutes from the time order was made to received. Had a whopper, the patty had no flavor not even a char flavor that should come standard on a flame grilled burger., tomatoes were also old as if they had been chilled got hot then chilled again the bun was hard on the outside edges, in addition the patty was broke into 3 pieces on the bun. Very subpar even for a fast food joint.

Do I even need to say anything like come on the take 2 minutes to answer the speaker then when they do we get ignored for another 2 minutes, not only having to waiting for them to answer but whoever answered was talking at the same time and still didn’t hear our order having to sit in the drive 20 minutes in total is not the move and this is not the first time this has happened. You shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes on a large fry and 2 orders of jalapeño bites. I stood there all while watching employees on their phone, employees ignoring a customer standing there waiting to order and even an employee eating and drinking at the drive thru and not washing her hands.
