Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to several quality control issues.
The temperature of the food items, specifically the burger and fries, was unsatisfactory upon receipt. Furthermore, an employee advised the cheddar bacon bites would be prepared fresh in two minutes; however, they arrived appearing to have been pre-cooked and not fresh upon receipt.
My order was incomplete, missing all requested condiments and pickles. The dessert item was also packaged incorrectly on its side, compromising its presentation.
Due to the proximity of the store’s closing time, I was unable to return immediately to have the issues rectified on-site. I hope management addresses these inconsistencies for future customers, but I am hesitant to return to this location.

Ordered 3 number 1 whopper meals total was 30.01 dollars gave the cashier 100.01 she then takes 10 minutes to give my change back of 69.99 either my math ain’t mathing or she’s high! But anyways no one in drive thru except for one car ahead of me took over 15 minutes to get my order. Come on Burger King who ever is the manger/owner needs to retrain their staff to slow…

The last few times I have visited this place I’ve had an extremely long wait and my food was not fully cooked. It was so bad I had to just throw it away. I’m not pleased with them at all lately.

Major hit and miss here. Lately more of a miss.
There always seems to be a problem here. The drive-thru was done for a long time for repairs. For awhile couldn’t do online or app orders. Now some fire damage has the location closed, why have workers hanging out? Whomever is running the location might be conning BK. When it’s operating like normal, never had an issue.

This place was horrible. The workers stared at us like we were white trash. The order was not right. We order the 2 for $10.00 and received this correctly. However, my wife only ordered a whopper then received a combo. Then the sourdough was not made correctly the buns was not toasted, the bacon did not taste right, there was no ice for the pop, and the pop tasted like new plastic. I’m sorry but I will never take family in this Burger King ever again. Are you kidding me?

This place is ridiculous they are always messing up my order I stopped coming here for awhile, but I thought what the hell let me give it another shot. So I order my food first I’m being told the soda machine is down okay fine, but then I get my food they forget the fries and pie and I go back then thinking surely they won’t mess up again I didn’t check the bag I go home and they forgot my husband’s pie I call them multiple times and I keep getting hung up on I will not come here again ever.

I only gave the stars i did to give my review . Upon arriving this evening for dinner at 5: 15 pm I went inside and the longer it took i started watching 4 people in there but only 1 person doing drive through and inside while the others were standing there talking not helping . So after 20 minutes I asked for my money back and the assistant manager barley knew how to do that . I will never go back . I’m sure they won’t care it’s less work for them to have to do . Do better burger King
