My son and I ordered a whopper and steakhouse bacon whopper. Service was okay. Stood for a while before being acknowledged. No please or thank yous given. Food took about 5 minutes so that wasn’t bad. Both sandwiches were dry patties. Basically the good part was sauce and toppings, not the Burger itself. Restaurant was clean and available.

Not only did I get extra lettuce when I wanted,as usual, extra onions, but my puny lg onion rings are nothing but salt, nothing but pure salt. Are you kidding me? UGH. Done with this location for good. Just wait till you see the pic of my extra onions regular everything else!

My Little brother wanted some burger King and I drove him to the closest one around when we arrived… there was a car in front of us but after 10 minutes we noticed that the car in front of us hadn’t been able to placed his order. After another 10 minutes I called the establishment to ask if there was something wrong and the lady responded so rudely and that there was only two of them and even hanged up on me when I was so nice and my intention wasn’t to complain at all!
I bought my lunch from this burger King way earlier today so this was my second time TODAY! I obviously left the line after that experience and definitely will not be coming back all because this “ladys'” attitude

Do not eat here unless you want to risk getting food poisoning. I even gave it a chance after I was sick once. I have got sick twice from eating here now I will never eat there again. It was the double cheeseburger

After waiting over 20 minutes for our order for two people, we heard them call out the number 12 and ours was #10. After checking to see why two other orders had gone out before ours, they realize that they gave our order as #12. It could have been the day, but they were so unorganized in their processes.

To be honest, I’ve avoided this location due to the lack of adherence to the Health Department regulations. I didn’t want to have to post that, but Google has been asking me for reviews for several months and people should probably know so they don’t end up disappointed or sick. Given that someone posted they found a hair on their burger, I suppose I need only confirm I’ve seen worse.
Suggestions:
1.) Please educate staff on Food Safety guidelines.
2.) Please educate staff on proper hand washing techniques [or ensure they are capable prior to hire].
3.) Please ensure staff wear gloves when handling food and wear hair nets to prevent contamination.
4.) Please educate staff that scratching your nose or lips and then touching food or drinks can still cause contamination, though less viral/bacterial material than direct contact would.
Aside from this, the franchise itself makes ridiculously tasty burgers and fries that just SLAP. I just wouldn’t go to this location.

What’s up with your crumbly bread and I never get receipt Turned March 17th 2022 Up to 2 big kings for $5 which is a great deal but they are out of the sauce that goes on the big king which is OK I just had to put Mayo on it. I guess my problem this time is they never give you napkins how are you supposed to eat that in your car without having an napkin. The girl taken the order was completely awesome she was supernice and and doing a good job. the big guy in there named John was more worried about hooking up with some girl that was in there eating and spent most of his time while I was waiting talking to her and finally they asked him to come help. They would have gained a few stars if John wasn’t Trying to hook up with customers and doing his job helping them all work because they were very busy.It would have also gained a few stars from the girl at the register because she was professional and she did a great job and I liked her long braids
Finally returned and staff was little better. Food was good and warm. Soda machine out here doesn’t have any diet drinks and is out of a lot of their choices and the icing machines aren’t even working out here.

Got a pretty good deal in email where you get a free chicken sandwich if you spend $3+. So I decided to utilize this offer. I ordered a vanila shake which is around $3 and then added my free spicy chicken sandwich to the cart. Since we can customize, I added Mayo and Pickles to the sandwich. It was pretty ok and it is not as tasty as the Popeye’s one. It was pretty greasy as you see in the picture. The vanila shake was . It was a diluted shake so maybe they can improve there. Overall an average experience

Usually really good, but unfortunately this last time we went it wasn’t. The burger was burnt to a crisp and the chicken sandwich was wrong and very dry and over cooked. The chicken fries were old OLD. sad 🙁
