I went in to order using the mobile app, before I could say anything the cashier said “that app don’t work here” and when I asked how I would use it I was told “I don’t know, it don’t work with the system”. I traveled to the other location in town, which was significantly busier than this location, and not only were they much more polite, even under the lunch rush, they took the order without questioning and had it ready in less than 5 minutes. Maybe cooperate should retrain this location on their systems and more importantly on how to communicate with their customers, I will not be returning to this locai.

This place has gone down hill fast since they lost their best manager. You’re looking at a 30 minute wait, minimum with employees who just turn their back on you and don’t even acknowledge you.

As you can see the bun is 1/2″ bigger than the patties all the way around. The floor was slick and I was skating through the lobby. I had to get the bathroom unlocked which was unkept. The whole time we were eating the assistant manager and an employee was arguing. Not worth the $20 by a lot should have went on down the road.

Every time I order something they somehow mess it up I just DoorDashed two spicy wraps no tomato and I got two classic wraps no tomato and every time I order a double cheeseburger I get a single cheeseburger instead At first I thought oh just one mishap it wouldn’t happen again but every time I order something it happens like cmon yall what did I do to yall or are you’re employees just that ignorant

I used a coupon for 2 can dine for like $15 and it was worth it. Got everything the way I wanted except I ordered cheese and didn’t get it but I wasn’t charged for it. So I can’t complain. Service was great. Very nice and polite. Our food was hot and thats a huge plus in my book. I did try to do the survey and the receipt was blurry and didn’t have the store number required to take the survey for the free whopper.

Was not able to hear very well when ordering in the drive through, teller dropped my change when I was trying to pay so I needed to get more, then teller gave me incorrect change but I was not going to fight over 7 cents, ordered a whopper with cheese but did not receive cheese, seemed as though the whole crew was not in a good mood. Also when I received my whopper all of the pickles and tomatoes were stacked in the immediate center. Usually I like Burger King, definitely not last time, I think I’ll use a different location

This is supposed to be they’re toasted Whopper melt. This is the second time I ordered it in hopes that maybe if I came during the day time I wouldn’t get someone who was high or drunk when I called them they said that this is what the machine does when they put the bun through the toaster. Obvious thEy didn’t because the entire sandwich was cold smh …. And if they did why would they even serve something like that because the machine must be broken. It made pretty good dog food though smh
