Manger Joseph and the ENTIRETY of the crew of the WONDERFUL restaurant have been the backbone of my recent months. They always go above and beyond with each order, when I order the kids meal, I always get my toy. When I order a Whopper, it is consistently hot and delicious each time. The staff here are never rude, instead they have let me pickup my order late when I forgot what time I placed my order on their app, and also let me pickup my order after the lobby had closed by walking through the drive through to get my dinner. A huge shoutout to the overnight crew who let me pick up my tasty BK after my long day of work, this food and consistency of service is what keeps me coming back to THIS Burger King.

Used to be my go to late night meal as a second shift worker, however recently my mobile orders have crunchy burger patties or rock hard onion rings. Evening shift lead is not keeping up with hold times.

The playground is so dirty and smells like sewage; it’s disgusting. There’s food scattered everywhere, the floor is filthy, and to top it all off, the bathrooms are disgusting.

You can specifically ask for no pickles, no tomatoes and you’ll still get them on your burger. Nothing is EVER FRESH it’s always stale, mozzarella sticks that NEVER has a cheese pull the food here is awful!! I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because most of the employees are nice but this place truly sucks . They all need to be re trained or hire more staff!!! .

Beyond Disappointing. I spent 43 dollars for them to drench two whopper is sauce and not toast the buns. Id check how your crew runs things. Cause that was a sad excuse for food. Just moved close. Went here to basically figure out ill never be back. and before yall respond with “we’d love to make it up to you” just make sure you do your job right the first time.

If there was an option to give no stars, this place would be a prime candidate to do so. The service is horrible, the sandwiches sit under the heat lamp for who knows how long, and they cater more to the drive-thru than the dine-in customers. And if you are lucky enough to find yourself at this location, you too can experience a sit-down restaurant style wait at a fastfood restaurant. Oh, and be prepared to have a soggy sandwich and get full on the unlimited drinks you will have while waiting. Btw, the 2 sandwiches, an order of jalapeno cheddar bites, 10 piece nuggets, and large fries were all stuffed into the smallest bag they have.

Went through the drive-thru at this Burger King and honestly, I’m not even sure why I expected better — especially after seeing so many negative reviews. What’s shocking is that despite all the complaints, the owner or management still hasn’t taken any real action to improve things.
I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, and what I got was the exact opposite — dry, not crispy at all, and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. Just plain bad.
To make matters worse, the staff taking orders through the intercom sounded completely uninterested — no greeting, no courtesy, just robotic and dismissive. It felt like they couldn’t care less about the customer experience.
This place really needs a serious reset. Food quality, service, and basic customer respect — all missing. If the owner reads this, it’s way past time to make some changes.

The girl working the drive through was too busy goofing off with her friends in the truck ahead of me to do her job. Taking selfies, having conversations, all while a line formed behind me. I FINALLY got to the windows and she repeated my order incorrectly. She asked what I ordered and I told her. She looked confused, left, then returned with another employee who again asked me what I ordered. This was beyond ridiculous! I told them never mind and went to Wendy’s. In a fraction of the time I sat in line at this Burger King I ordered, got my food, and was on my way. Now I remember why I don’t go to this Burger King.
