this was great. i was wary because they were closed for a bit and last time i went it was questionable. but i guess they were just updating the building! it looks clean and cute now! i was pleasantly surprised with my food. i think most fast food is garbage. but burger king is usually pretty good as long as its run right. i think with the update maybe they have new people in there too or maybe they just like their jobs more. lately BK hasn’t been providing ketchup or other sauce that it should come with. this order i got all the condiments that should come with it! strawberry and grape jam for my biscuit, 2 salsas for my jr burrito, plenty of ketchup for my tots, and a few salt and pepper even. the lady at the window seemed like she was in a good mood and spoke blessing over my day which was nice. overall it was a nice experience!

They have redone this particular store. 23rd & meridian The service was amazing communicated very well. The store was absolutely clean. The person that took my order was just so friendly. Not only great with me but everyone whom came in. The kitchen look’s very clean.

This specific location never gets the order right. I have reached out multiple times to get items corrected or refunded and all they will offer is a credit or coupon to the app. It’s become ridiculous at this point. I will be choosing to go to a different fast food restaurant from now on. I used to love Burger King, this store has ruined it for me. Also, I’m not one to complain. I genuinely can’t stand when people do. Take it or leave it, I suggest customers go elsewhere.

I went and ordered 2 ham, egg, & cheese croissants and 2 doubles
I received three singles and 1 double. When I went through the drive through the lady was immediately aggressive with us. They fixed it, but it was extremely inappropriate. I understand being understaffed and overwhelmed, but it was a bit much for a mistake you made. Wild. Food was good though.

I went through drive thru and ordered a double meat burger and was told to wait 15 min at curb. I bit into the burger and swallowed the first bite. I noticed a weird texture, so I turned my car light on, the whole burger was red! I ate a complete big bit of raw meat. I talked with manager Mayora and she apologized and walked to kitchen to show staff. I was refunded but reported this health violation, people die of ecoli!!!! I took pictures and video of all incident.

I love this location. It looks fairly new. Most of the others look old. The food has been fresh both times I went there. That is for sure an A++++ for me. The staff was super nice and attentive.

I went here during breakfast and I received the best service I’ve had in a long time at this location. The African American lady with the glasses and the male in kitchen were awesome regardless of it just being the two of them and customers flowing like water. She kept her cool in drive thru and he backed her up, it was as if they were one with the universe. Dude it was great to see the elders handle business with such poise. Keep up the great work and to whomever is in charge you should train everyone to be like them….they rule
