There appears to be either blood or ink on my whopper that I just ordered for lunch. I get back to work and now I can’t even eat my lunch because it’s contaminated. I tried calling 3x and no one ever picks up. This isn’t the first time this location has carelessly messed up my order. It always takes 10+ mins even when no one is there to get your food, and there’s almost always something wrong with it. I try not to complain but this is unacceptable.

I can’t believe this place is still in business. This is actually the worst burger king I’ve ever been to. So unprofessional, such a waste of time. It took 30 minutes to get three meals, and they skipped a burger. Which they forgot to put in the bag. If their food was as bad as the service, I don’t even wanna know what happens in the kitchen. Please do yourself a favor and never stop by here if you value your time and money.

Waited in the drive thru for 30+minutes for a mobile order I had already paid for—get to the pick up window and they hadn’t even started making it. Guys were nice enough but obviously not good at their jobs. At least 4 cars left the drive thru because of the crazy wait. Burger tasted weird too, and my fries were only half full. Tried to get a refund through the app and they don’t allow it.

So I’ve had bad experiences before at BK but the guys on the night shift (9/13 12:30am) are top notch! I wanted my burger hot off the broiler and I will say he tried to persuade me some but when I want it hot I have no problem waiting. He told me they had just came off the grill but I didn’t believe him at first just bc of the timing but I said ok. He had me pull around front. When he came out he said he dropped one specifically for me. The fries were hot right out the grease and my burger was delicious! Thank you and give these guys a raise!!

This location almost always messes up my order. So tired of having to either pull over and wait for my correct order or finding out it’s messed up after I’ve already left. Ordered a Medium Texas double whopper meal with onion rings, didn’t double check my order before leaving, and ended up with a double cheeseburger with a cold soggy small fry. Went through drive through, ordered a whopper no tomatoes or onions; got onions. Ordered 2 of the $7 trios, they omitted the chicken fries. Called immediately as we were late for a doctors appointment. They said no problem come in they did not give a receipt and were notified at time of phone call. When we returned about 2 hours later after our appointment, the girl on duty as the “manager on duty” at 3:30pm today 8/12/2025 told us that we didn’t order chicken fries, then when we notified her that we didn’t get our receipt she said she could look it up but she had orders, left us standing. Refused to give her name or the contact number for corporate.
