I’ve only been here twice. The first time I sat in the drive thru at the ordering station for several minutes and never got a reply. I finally had to drive up to the window and just made my order there. I gave it another shot today and again, it took several minutes but someone finally responded. Like last time they asked me to pull forward along with about three other cars while we waited for our order. I’m not sure if they are just short staffed or this is just their level of service. I won’t be coming back. They got my entire order wrong. I paid for a medium and asked for cheese and no pickles. I received a burger with pickles and without cheese. I got a small order of fries looking rather paltry in number. Very, very dissatisfied.

I bought the chicken sandwich. Bread was a bit thick so just ate the chicken. My kiddo wanted the new burger with the red bun. They were out. Employees were nice. Very clean. Location in an odd area.

I love this location! Everything is clean, even the Employees look clean and well groomed. First time I went there jacob, the asst manager made sure i had everything i needed. Did not have to keep going back up there to ask for thungs. The second time I asked for extra salt and the general manager made sure they put extra salt on my fries. Everything is fresh and hot whenever I order there. Way better than mcdonalds and better prices!

They heard us talking about the spicy chicken fries and said they didn’t have them but said that they could put buffalo sauce glaze on it and it was AMAZING. perfect spice, not dry, crispy, just flat out amazing. Also very nice employees.

I just wanted to commend the man working the register this past Saturday. Some rude customer was complaining and yelling about how people should be fired, and the worker still treated him respectfully. It seemed he was slightly off put by the incident but continued performing his job well. Thank you!
