As soon as I walked in I was greeted and had my order taken. The food came out in less than 5 minutes and was piping hot! The restaurant including the restrooms were absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend this Burger King location to all of my friends and family as the service was great and the food was fresh!!

We ordered a Kids Meal with chicken nuggets for our child and waited about 30 minutes. It was a very simple order, but the employee completely ignored us and kept serving the drive-through, even though the line was short and the restaurant was almost empty. She even served customers who came after us while we were still waiting.
When we asked about our order, she responded rudely and continued helping the drive-through instead of assisting us. Eventually another employee stepped in and we received a refund.
Very disappointing experience and an unprofessional attitude from that worker. We hope management addresses this issue so other families do not have the same experience.

I went through the drive thru yesterday for a quick meal. The woman on the speaker (and at the window) was so incredibly kind, and just had great customer service.
I was having a rough day, and it meant a lot to have someone show some genuine kindness ✨️

Everyone was friendly but I forgot to get onion rings instead of fries, Everytime I get fries, they have sooo much salt on them. Didn’t get to enjoy the fries. I love the rodeo burger. Also the price has dropped on the rodeo burger meal which is a plus. Its the only item I currently love at Burger King .

You’ll get the food you pay for and how you want it… 90% of the time. It’s a coin flip to tell how long or short you’ll be waiting for food. Cleanliness is mediocre at best, friendliness is above average. I guess it’s what you expect out of fast food
