8am in the morning, 20°F — freezing my seasame buns off. I figured I would stop in to do some studying.
I decided to take a gander at the reviews and was fairly surprised when I experienced an EXTREMELY clean store. The employees seemed pretty miserable with the cold, but honestly for what they make per hour — they still seemed to be friendly and attentive. Multiple regulars were pleased enough to give a warm joke with the front-of-house employee before departing, attesting to the amicable demeanor and satisfied experience.
While me and my coffee became a single entity, I was quite satisfied with my impromptu study sesh. The interior was honestly quite beautifully decorated, well-lit, and intelligently arranged furnishings — also clean — and very comfy lounge chairs.
I am unaware if they handle high volume lunch/dinner rush or drive-through service, as I only visited this one chilly Saturday morning.
The only criticism I have is on the exterior. Though, to be fair, I would imagine that is not the purview of the staff. However, the King’s courtyard need to be re-painted and landscaped. Which honestly isn’t that serious, and probably the franchise/corporate or landlord’s responsibility.
Overall, a pleasant experience. Looks as if the negative reviews may be circumstantial or exaggerated. I didn’t see a single dissatisfied guest during my stay.
*Full transparency: I was absolutely stuffed from an earlier breakfast, so I did not order food. I was there to study. So, I may update this when (not “if”) I return. I will be back again.

I honestly never even liked Burger King. I thought it was disgusting for years. I gave them a second chance after hearing they changed their recipe. Honestly, it’s better than McDonald’s 100%. The burgers actually taste good, especially when it’s off the boiler, which just means they don’t leave the beef patty sitting around and make it cook to order. Overall 10/10 and the customer service was amazing too.

My burger had way too much mayo. They were out of zesty sauce today, which stinks because if I go to BK its primarily for the onion rings and zesty sauce. I go to BK maybe 2-3 times a year when I’m craving it and the past 2 times I went they’ve been out. Bummer meal today- whopper jr meal was not worth $12. There was at least a super short drive through wait and staff was nice.

Came by today around 2:50 and got 2 lg chicken fries and a whopper meal. Food was fresh and so good! And Fred the cashier was so friendly and gave us everything we needed! Thank you!

I called and asked if they were still doing the SpongeBob meal for adults and was told yes after arriving at the location they said they only had the buns so I was like fine. I ordered my son who has autism the sponge bob burger with cheese and told them no veggies. We got our meal at the table. He took a bite and said there was no cheese so when I took it up to the front and ask them to remake it. They told me that they wouldn’t because he already took a bite so they just gave me two pieces of cold cheese and that was it. This is the worst experience ever for my son, especially

12/26 6 p.m. Walked in and as we’re ordering there’s a cloud of smoke coming from the kitchen and then we smell Marijuana extremely strong. Looked like all the people in the place were higher than a Georgia pine and the person who took our order was almost completely out of it. We ordered the SpongeBob meals then after paying get told they’re out of the pie and the frozen float we can’t get because their machine doesn’t work. We paid for all of them and didn’t get them or our money back for them. Then their fountain drink machine was out of almost everything. The floors were disgusting. And they must have continued to smoke in the back because it was insanely smokey and we kept smelling it. We ate as quick as we could and left. We will never return to this location, nor should anyone else. Idk how they have any good reviews.

Hair in my daughter’s food after having difficulty with windoiw person. Window lady was very sweet. And other 9 dollar burger was disgusting. Tryied calling them rang forever and he said wats up like he was smooth gangster I said hair in my daughter’s burger he just hung up. Called back he did the same thing. I go up there he didn’t give all my money back. I told him I need all money back. He said you’re not get any back. I had tocall the police. While watung he gave me some of the money 8 dollars for one burger with hair in it. He was recording me up in my face. I said police is still coming. He got mad.he banned me from the store. But I paid 40 dollars for my meal. Would never go back anyways

First time I’ve ever ate Burger King I went there with my little sister and niece for my birthday and I got a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich spicy it was outstanding. The service was great they had a playground indoors for the children and we had a good time I’ll definitely go back

We primarily went to try the Addams Family meal. As far as the Addams Family meal goes. The Wednesday Whopper was just a normal Whopper with Swiss cheese instead of American cheese. The purple bun is a purple potato bun. The Morticia kooky shake was like a chocolate shake & very poorly mixed brownie batter. It was meh. The Thing Rings were the normal onion rings. the Gomez churro fries would have been much better ate hot and fresh for sure. !
